Very Professional and I was treated with great respect. I took my husband’s Martin D40 to get a bow out of the neck. They done a great job. My husband is very pleased with their work. I absolutely love BBB Music Center! I went in the other day to get guitar strings for my boyfriend and I had no clue what I was getting but the staff was very helpful. I even had to run back in to ask questions about a few other items and they answered the questions with no hesitation. I will be taking the boyfriend there soon, even tho we may never leave! Haha! Highly recommend!

Very nice music store. I was greeted by the owner almost as soon as I came in. With a genuine greeting. Not forced made up or had to greeting. But a genuine greeting. Nice selection of musical instruments. I spoke briefly to the owner. Seem like a genuine guy. I really enjoyed looking around the shop. I was actually ready to lay down some money for a new guitar. Found one that I really liked. But no one asked me if I needed anything. Maybe thats their policy. Nevertheless! I will go back again for sure. God bless you and yours.

Good place for both new and used instruments. I purchased a used Larrivee 12-sting and a new OVB 6-string several years ago and I am very happy with both of them.

My brother took his guitars in to fix a fret. every fret now sticks.charged me 500.00$ then told me to leave or they would callcops on meI, was upset I took in a fender and a straercaster and they messed up both of them hes been playing 40yrs.he knows his guitars.

This shop has done the setups on my guitars and I am pleased with their work

Pretty limited selection and a little pricey, but thats to be expected in a small town music store. The guy working was really friendly and he went out of his way to dig up some used keyboards for me to check out. Gave me a really good deal. Definitely will go back.

Fantastic local business! Experienced musicians who want to help, work here. The employees and owner care deeply about the community and the people in it. They try to give you the best deal that they can, sometimes cutting their prices lower than they should.

I dropped off a guitar for service. To be honest it took a while, and they werent great about keeping me updated on how it was coming, but WOW when I got the guitar back it was perfect!!! This guitar is 30ish years old and it is now better than new. Everything was fixed just like I had asked at a very reasonable price. I had taken the guitar to another shop before this, and they charged me the same price as BBB but basically they did nothing that helped the guitar at all. Great work BBB!

BBB provided a starter acoustic guitar and drum pad set for my sons. The staff is friendly, customer-centered and they provide excellence service after the sale. Forget the big box stores. Shop local and experience the BBB Difference!

They have like seven electric guitars from brands I never heard of.

I love this store, the people here are so nice and kind. They are not expensive and they have really good deals.

Helpful and kind

They were very rude to my son and I because we were not experienced musicians. We tried asking questions about what kind of bass guitar would be best for a beginner and they gave us short uninterested answers. I dont know how they are still in business because I felt completely embarrassed leaving the store.

Ive always been treated great at BBB, and the employees seem to go out of their way to assist or advise me. Like every other store, Ive not always been able to work a deal, but theyre great people and I always go back when I need equipment and check with them.

Ive been buyin equipment, guitars and such for 5 years from these folks !I have always been treated good since the very first time I walked through the door ! ... I have thought about this and cant seem to remember one single time I or anybody else was treated bad ! ...as a matter of fact, these guys go out of their way to help folks, Ive seen them do it time and time again ! ...kudos to Bob and his whole crew !
