Service wasnt great. The waitress literally did nothing but take our order. After she kinda rudely took our order, we never saw her again. She didnt even bring us our food, another kind gentleman did.Food is good but I wouldnt come here expecting to have the best of anything. Its really only a place to come if you have a sweet tooth and value sweetness over quality. Or if you want take a few cute pictures.Had an omelette and it was probably my least favorite omelette ever. Think it was their house special. With some pancakes. Pancakes are surprisingly fluffy though, I was surprised.

WOW!! Visiting from St. Louis & stopped here for breakfast on our way back home. The entire staff was SUPER friendly!! The food and drinks were AMAZING!!! Fresh and delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The dining room was completely clean as well as the bathrooms. The atmosphere is so comforting and very well put together. Keep up the great work ladies @ Dulce Mami Cafe!!!!

Food was absolutely delish and and the desserts were not overly sweet which was perfect!We have a variety of dishes from drinks and food, and honestly everything was prepared just the way we wanted it!Highly recommend for a great time 🥰 Make sure to take photos too since they have cute little set ups here and there!

It was a wonderful experience! Its a cute little place and very nice staff. I had the Coconut latte and Chilaquiles Chipotle with chicken. It was delicious! Also very good portions. The latte had a beautiful design! I didnt want to ruin it but once I did, it was so good! I definitely recommend this place!

Very nice cafe lounge type environment. My friends and I enjoyed the vibe of the place and all of the friendly staff. Even the outside seating is nice. The food at other tables looked super good! The coffee, lattes, and pastries are honestly delicious. The cheesecake is also worth noting!

I’ve been here twice. It seems that they’re short-staffed because they’ve only had two people working on a busy Sunday on both occasions. The waitress are friendly despite being under a lot of stress and taking orders, making drinks, cooking, cleaning and taking care of take out orders. The food is good and the restaurant is very pretty inside.

Loyal customer for years but i am never coming back!! Even though the food is delicious they took advantage of me!They charged me for a plate they did wrong and i tried to return. Thats really bad customer service! The point is that the customer leaves happy and satisfied not to robbed his money!!!

I was so excited to visit this restaurant since it looks so cute and the food look delicious, but I was quickly disappointed from the moment I walked in!! The staff was not friendly at all I would say even a bit arrogant. My family and I have always been big on supporting local small businesses and it’s so disappointing to see this, I hope they step it up for future customers! As for me and my family we will continue to support businesses that truly appreciate their customers especially after COVID!!!

Growing up in this neighborhood I always wanted access to a quality coffee shop. Im glad someone finally opened one up. I got an iced latte, which was a bit sweet for my taste, but still delicious. Will definitely be revisiting.

Wonderful, yummy and a most kind & friendly Staff! Thinking Sunday was open till 9pm., we came in at 7.45pm., everyone was as nice as if we arrived much earlier! And, our food was delicious! Chi tea so very tasteful & lovely displayed., Dulce Mami is our favorite neighborhood Cafe & look forward to returning, letting our family & friends know about, except Sunday we will come earlier. And, the French motive with the amazing Effiel Tower is Sweet.💞💞🇺🇸🔱

Very aesthetically pleasing place, but pretty overrated in my opinion. The food was cold when the waitress served it to me and the waitress doesn’t check up on you unless you send someone to get her. The food isn’t good either but the crepes were good.

When I went it seemed like everything was all over the place and the workers were trying to figure out a system. The manager kept barging orders across the counters at the waitresses. My waitress forgot half my order. When it was time to pay I was almost charged for someone else’s order.The food was not the best. Nothing better than what I can make in my own kitchen.Highlight for me was the coffee.Don’t think I’ll go back again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Every time I order to go the lady in the morning always gets my order wrong! Mind you she has no other customers. Today I had to go back two times. I get there the second time and she states “you don’t tell me what you want”. When I called I clearly told her how I wanted it. Third time she just switched things and still left remaining ingredients I didn’t want on it.

The presentation is great. The waitress was very attentive and patient. Unfortunately, the food wasnt as great tasting as it appeared. I will give it another chance and try a different dish. It might have been just a fluke.

Last Saturday night, I went to this coffee shop and I had a very remarkable experience. All of the staff are amazing and knows exactly about customer satisfaction. The coffees and cookies are affordable and of good quality. The entire shop really had good vibes from the interior design to their comfy seats. Highly recommended!

Cozy place with an ambiance that provokes a nice conversation a relax time accompanied by really tasty food with a great presentation and some well prepared beverages cold and hot, not to mention the desserts are amazing! If you are visiting in the evening ask for Lili, she is amazing!

The product is overpriced based on their lack of quality, nothing special about it, but expensive, dont offer half and half for your coffee or mustard for your burgers, dont carry mustard ever to me thats ridiculous specially because the meat was way overcooked and the bun burnt.

Placed an order online to be picked up at 12:45 when I arrived at the location it was set to be picked up at (by Cicero Ave) they sent me to the location on 35th .. I call before hand to make sure my order is ready and it’s not .. mind you i placed this order at 11 o’clock.Now I will be late to work I’ll because they cannot keep track of their online orders. Very frustrated.

The food is not what I expected, it took about 25 minutes for the waitress to take the order, what if they do more is that they charge you 3% if you pay with a card if you have a business it is something that the owner has to pay to his bank not the consumer.

I ordered some crepes, they are kiwi and I ate them with kiwi, I told the girl and she told me if they would change them for new ones, but they did not last 5 min to bring me the new ones and the first ones lasted like 20 min as it was going to be. possible k they were new if they made me in 5 min! The fact is that I am allergic to kiwi and as soon as I started eating I felt an allergy! and let the girl know that I was allergic! In everything else they have excellent service, I just didnt like that, because right now I have a very ugly allergy

Very bad service 15 minutes on the phone to take my order my wife left the car to place the order because it took a long time they took her order they gave that it would take 20 to 25 minutes and 40 minutes to receive my order and when it reaches me house to top the order was not complete before calling but the person put me on hold
