THE homebrew shop for Cincinnati. Well stocked on fresh yeasts ... and thats key. All the supplies and malts that you would hope for. I first started shopping there 20 or so years ago and it even better now.

Where is the customer service these days? I went into their brew store through the dining area and took a look around. There were three guys in the grain grinding area that I walked past. Not sure on my first pass if they saw me but on my second pass I stopped and said hello. One guy looked at me from grinding some grain and proceeded to his work. No hello, be right with you or anything. I took my money and walked out. Now, perhaps I should have been more assertive but being a former employee of companies where customer service is priority, they could have done more. At the very least acknowledged me and indicated someone would be with me.
