I had a great online experience with SBK Gifts. I ordered Christmas ornaments that are hard to find or are higher priced elsewhere. My order was delivered lighting fast (barely even 2 days after ordering) and each ornament was lovingly, individually wrapped and well protected from breaking. SBKs variety and online shop is easy to navigate too, with great photos. Ill definitely order again!

Great a Place for some Awesome Holiday Décor! Any Holiday!

Imagine visiting your grandmothers basement and thinking you know what, I think this should be a store. Its exactly as it says, a store for all kinds of Christmas trinkets and decorations.I wish they had more from local and regional artisans, but at least its a local business that you are supporting.Im sure this place would be great if youre looking for something very specific, but Christmas gifts means a lot of things - and their sign out front doesnt really reflect at all the type of goods they sell. If the brand changed to be more whimsical itd be easier to identify the type of store it is.

I ordered a hard to find ornament to replace an ornament that accidently got broken this Christmas. SBK had the same ornament listed on eBay. The transaction was smooth and the ornament was shipped super fast. The ornament was very delicate and was packed very well to ensure the ornament would not be damaged during shipment. Great experience.

I ordered a Christmas ornament from Story Book Kids on Ebay. The ornament arrived quickly, but unfortunately it was the wrong one. I contacted SBK to let them know about the problem, and I received a prompt reply. They shipped me the correct ornament right away and did not ask me to return the other one. They have excellent customer service, but because of the mix up I did not get my desired ornament until the day after Christmas. Still, I would have given them 4 stars if it werent for the fact that they emailed me not once, but twice, to ask that I give them a review. Theres such a thing as pestering. All in all, they were nice and easy to deal with.
