I tried to go in and make an appointment, the lady at the desk was helping someone out so I waited and browsed the glasses. I assumed that because Im there for more than 5 min waiting shed offer to help once she finished but after she was done she immediately helped someone who had just walked up and ignored me. I didnt make a fuss because mistakes happen but It still was very obvious I needed help, despite me browsing for another few minutes the lady then called me across the room to not touch the tray with glassed, okay fine. But at the end of the day her demeanor was rude and unnecessary,

Visited today. They have redone their vision center since my last visit in 2019 and it looks really good! They offer plenty of name-brand glasses frames (Ray-Ban, Oakley, etc.). The staff is really friendly. I was happy to see Elizabeth was still working there as she was a great help in 2019. I always have some complications with insurance when I am here but Im partially putting the blame on the insurance provider. Looking forward to picking up my glasses in a few weeks.

Rude and complacent. These guys are too hard to work with especially if u try to use ur insurance, i had a coupon from my insurance which gave me a zero out of pocket for frames when using my insurance benefits. The sales person did not know how to add the coupon and gave me a false reason and did not accept the coupon. Moreover give of this car sales man attitude trying to sell you useless services and not giving you a quote on what was asked. When asked for a different pair of prescription sunglasses the lady rep told me they would cost me more with my insurance and did not give me the quote until i had to follow-up and ask her to provide the quote after a few times.**Update**After responding the customer care url:To everyone reading this review, dont even bother taking ur time and respond to the customer care link below, ITS A WASTE OF TIME, they give you a half baked one line response which shows their lack of empathy, complacency and dont they dont give u a resolution

Service went downhill. I went to this office in 2018 and had a great experience, just now in 2020 it was very disappointing.Heres why: I had a contact lens fitting, I have an astigmatism and they didnt have the contact I needed in stock (which I was fine with, not their fault). But they decided to write me a script anyway and wanted me to order a years supply -which was very fishy because in the past theyve always requested that they check the fit to issue the script. Note that contact lens prescriptions are on a per brand basis unlike eye glasses.What happened was weird, but ok, they ordered trial lenses and I did end up having a slight problem (which isnt unusual for me, Ive had contacts since high school, and ~50% of the time I need to refine the selection.) Asking the office to schedule a follow up was awkward because they acted like it didnt need to happen. Then on the follow up the doctor replaced one lens prescription -which she said was on the fence in her mind strength wise, but ignored my complaints about the other lens saying I probably just had dry eye. All this while ignoring my comments that I see better in my current prescription!Also I asked them to adjust my eyeglasses, which I bought at that office in 2018, and they acted like it was a big deal adjusting them so they were incredibly tight. From the doctors (I had two different ones at each visit) to the sales people, it was all subpar.

My 17 year old sons first time contacts experience was awesome. The staff and doctor are super friendly. They were very passionate and had plenty patience teaching him how to put in and take out his new contacts. They are very reasonably priced as well.

Very uncomfortable with the customer service. Feel like I’m being sold to like a used car salesman .... they are constantly up selling, and at one point told me my doctors recommendation was wrong.I won’t be coming back.

Seriously rude two dudes at the front. Pushing me to buy for the sake of commissions and lying to me about what my insurance can and can not take. Told them I wanted to go to Warby Parker to buy and they told me they wouldn’t take my insurance and I would be wasting money. Guess who does take my insurance? Warby Parker. Asked me multiple times if I understood how insurance worked like I am some kind of idiot and not an adult. Felt really stressed being around them and wanted to leave without them harassing me to purchase anymore. Female doctor I had was very sweet and did her job well.

My daughter made an appointment for 3PM, so I had to take off work to take her. Because of traffic, we were running about 5 minutes late, so we called, and they said no problem as long as we got there by 3:30, as the 3:30 slot was open. But when we got there (3:10), we were told we didnt have an appointment. We said we did, but were told we had not confirmed the appointment by phone, so it was canceled.I said we confirmed the appointment when we called and made it, that I had taken off work to make the appointment, that we were even good enough to call and inform them that we were running a few minutes late due to traffic, and that it was no problem, because the 3:30 slot was open . . . didnt matter.We were told we could wait around and if someone didnt show up, we could have their slot. I said could they guarantee to get us in, and they said no promises . . . just wait and see. Unacceptable. They acted like it was our fault because they canceled the appointment (without contacting us to tell us it was canceled), and were downright rude . . . not apologetic, but RUDE.

Their card reader doesnt work with HSA cards, kept asking for a pin despite my HSA not having one. Clerk said it was a known issue, suggested I use my credit card instead and see if they can reimburse it?? No way, I have an HSA for a reason, Im not using my credit card because you cant fix or figure out how to use your card reader.
