Very friendly and they did amazing repair work on my ring. I had to have it resized and have the prongs redone. It looks like a new ring.

I was referred to Jester Jewelers by a friend to have my engagement ring (which was not purchased there) resized. When I got the ring back I wore it for a couple weeks, but it still felt big. I took it back in and explained that it didnt feel much smaller than its original size. The salesman I spoke with was incredibly understanding and offered to resize it again free of charge! I certainly wasnt expecting that and was very impressed by their customer service!
