Staff friendly, Clean and affordable

The store was in such disarray. That was the impression I got on my one and only visit. The 2 women that worked there were as friendly as could be. Couldnt ask for better customer service. The appearance was not welcoming from the time the door opened to go in. I personally was overwhelmed by the condition the store was it.

As far as Dollar General goes this one is better than most.

Friendly staff shelfs stocked n you feel like your dollars gonna holla

Social distance was there, letting you shop and being helpful.

We shop here all the time. They have good employees and the store is nice.

I always go to this dollar store. The workers are nice, just wish they would stock up on more paper towels.

Its a great store - has everything I need if I dont want to travel far. The store is dirty and never has enough cashiers so the lines are long.

During Covid it has been very convenient, well stocked, friendly cashiers and no drama ... Plus ... Their Clover Valley chili rocks!

Its a great place where the people that work are great. But the place is almost always got boxes in every aisle and they wont give their employees more hours or hire anyone! Plus because of this the shelves never have what I need. Please note more ppl or give the current employees more hours!!!

Love this Dollar General. I shop here regularly. Literally almost every day. The employees are always friendly and helpful, Prices are great on most things and Id say the store is one of the most clean and organized that Ive seen in this area.

Usually a pretty easy and convenient trip if you know what u need. Sometimes lines are long. Good priced items generally.

Its okay, Id say better than Dollar Tree. Dollar Tree is always cramped, got stuff every where. But at Dollar General its a little bit easier to find the items you need. The prices are a little decent, but you always have to be careful about quality.

The store is nice enough. Seems to have everything all the others do and is pretty clean. Parking lot is a bit awkward, but no fault of theirs, as its in a strip mall. Cashier was very polite.

No jeans were high or tight. But good service. Wish they would try it out

Cincinnati has the best chili dogs, and this place was no exception.

Love my local Dollar General! One of my favorite stores, this location is older, but doesnt take away from getting whats needed.

I waited a bit for the cashier to check me out. I had an exchange, the cashier took care of me well. I didnt have a receipt for the 2nd purchase, she let me exchange items. I was pleased ..

Dollar General carries everyday items one might need. The store is usually clean and merchandise easy to find. Opens at 8am and closes at 10pm most days.

We were camping at Winton Woods and this was a close and convenient store for those forgotten items we needed.

Great for last minute things

You get what you pay for and this Dollar General is one of the better ones I’ve been to.

I went shopping today there, because my friend found a plastic tote that I couldnt find at my local store (branch). Originally, I was planning to go to Meijer.I found the tote at DG, but the price wasnt the same that my friend paid for (friend thought it was mispriced). So, I asked if they had the price of that tote (silly question, but worth to ask), showed my friends text message. Kevin, the staff said they didnt have. Oh well.... I was willing to pay 9 bucks and ready to go. But, for somehow, Kevin said he could give me 4 bucks deal. Wow!!!! Talking about making customers happy and didnt want to make a big deal for the 9 bucks price. I was really impressed with Kevin and his courtesy and generosity. Definitely this store would be my next favorite to stop by and invest my money there.Thank you so much! Kevin and other staffs, you rock! God bless!

Staff is friendly but its the only good thing about the store.seriously nothing gets done, i am a greenhills resident therefore im a consistent shopper UNTIL NOW. Because i go in so frequently i am able to notice how the shelves are never fully stocked, boxes from weeks before are still full of items and consuming the isles that are narrow ANYWAYS to where people cannot walk thru.ive worked retail. and this is not okay. its becoming a safety hazard to even try walking thru the isles.

I went to the store for of all things mothballs and I couldnt find them and Marko helped me find them and when I was on my way out of the store because I thought they didnt have them he ran up and caught me because he continued to look because he knew that they were there I appreciate his due diligence.
