Theyre always so nice here. I dont know why I love the blue sprinkles more than regular rainbow, but blue sprinkles and chocolate soft serve is my go-to. I wish they were open all year.

Theres a lot of good ice cream to choose from on the west side and cone zone never falls short to the rest of them. I must say though, that for all business that goes through there it is clean lot. Wait times can be backed up at times because it is a small lot with a lot of traffic.

Brought my kids here, it was a beautiful sunny day. we waited in line for 2 hours, when the man in the tie dye shirt came up to us he told me he doesnt like kids. he then grabbed my daughter through the window and slammed her into the ground. he jumped through my window grabbing my newborn baby and throwing him out the window. he then grabbed me and threw me out the window. he hijacked my car and drove off. i would never eat here again, i would leave a -1 review if i could.

Your website clearly says that malts, shakes and flurries can be made with dairy free for one dollar more. I came up on Sunday to order a dairy free shake which I have in the past. After waiting in the drive thru I was informed that they no longer offer this because dairy free doesnt mix well? Um? Its the same consistency of regular dairy and youve made it in the past. I was then told I could have it in a cup or on a cone. I was going to have a chocolate dairy free cone only to be told they only have vanilla and orange. I left and wont ever be back but I have a feeling that the lady who took my order didnt really even care.

Had such a great first time experience. Our ice cream was so delicious. I got a Oreo flurry. It was exactly how you would want it to be made, with an abundance of cookies not just on the top. My fiancé got the brownie sundae. It was good as well. Looking forward to coming back!

Sometimes I get good service, sometimes I dont. It depends on who is working. I went there today and the lady working the window with glasses was rude as well as the big guy. Sometimes I get lids with the ice cream filled to the top, sometimes I dont. When I said something the big guy yelled out the window THEY FILLED THEM TO MUCH! Funny becuase he was the one that made them the previous day filled to the top. I wont be back

Ahhhh YES... summertime is almost here. The smell of the trees blooming and the line at an ICE CREAM store.... this place is so good I would honestly wait in 100 deg weather for hours if it meant at the end of my wait I had the pleasure of eating a treat from their shop!!!!Yes they are that damn good!!!!!!!!!!Ice cream is always fresh always creamy and severed at just the right temperature every scoop...Flavors are fresh and rich with topping available all the time... I have never gone here and they are out of something which says something about the people running the place.. they understand their customers and want to keep people happy!!!Staff is wonderful and super polite... If you have not been here you need to go on a trip to flavor town at the CONE ZONE!!!!Heres how nice they are.. a little boy dropped his cone and the girl serving saw it .. made him another and brought it out to him before they even asked at the window for napkins... AWESOME!!!

7/13/20 walked away without buying anything and was seriously dissapointed because all 5 employees were not wearing masks. Everyone in line was following the mandate and being considerate. Well be taking our money elsewhere in the future.

We always enjoy a stop at Cone Zone! The chocolate malts and strawberry shakes are far superior to any other ice cream shoppe. They offer a wide selection of sizes to satisfy the little tot to the largest appetite. The flavor burst options are always fun to try with the soft serve ice cream. Cant wait to visit again.

Cone Zone is a family owned ice cream shop on the Westside off Cincinnati. Not only is the ice cream totally delicious, but the customer service is great. Its definitely worth a visit many times before October, but dont worry, they reopen every March.

Great little ice cream stand. Weve come here a few times as a family and have never had a bad experience. The place is always clean, the staff is super nice and the portions are a good value. They even have quite a decent sized area in the back with picnic tables if you want to sit outside.

Came to Cone Zone with my family. Three of us ordered malts and one ice cream. The service was mediocre at best the original time to the window. To follow is why the two stars was done. After receiving our drinks we sat down to only realize that none of our malts had been blended. My girlfriend walked up to the window to ask if they could blend it. They said it can’t be taken because it had been drank from. How do you find out a malt isn’t mixed without taking a drink from it. Instead of blending it or making a new one, she was handed a spoon. They promptly moved on to the next person as if she wasn’t standing there waiting her turn. Instead of fixing a easily fixable thing we experienced poor customer service and will not be returning.

The wait was way to long and was not worth it!

It was a warm beautiful day, and wanted to get the kids out the house and get ice cream. My kids came back to car crying because the man said they can’t walk up and slammed the window in their face... This was my first time visiting this ice cream parlor, and I wasn’t aware of the rules that you can not park and walk up to the window... DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. YOUR KIDS WILL LEAVE IN TEARS IF THEIR NOT AWARE OF THE RULES. THE LADY AND MAN WORKING THERE WILL HURT YOUR KIDS FEELINGS.

They are always friendly and have affordable prices. With a walk up window, eat in sitting area and a drive thru you can pretty much get it which ever way you want. They are family owned (but not 100% sure) also. Highly recommended!
