It was for the 2021 Sonny Kim Memorial Ride, the event tself was well done... But it would have been nice to see people wearing mask even if it was outside... But all in all, it was a great job done by all...

I stopped in while driving back to Cleveland~ just wanted to grab a shirt for a friend. Hunter helped me, and she was awesome!!! Not only was she super knowledgeable about all things Harley, and extra nice, but she also had wicked hair!! Definitely my new favorite Harley dealership!!

Nice place. They have regular events for their Harley family. Good selection of bikes and clothing. This weekend they had burgers, dogs and beer.

Just bought a new 2021 Road Glide. Although the bike is awesome, the dealership didnt put any gas in it. Along with whatever they used to wipe it down, had me smelling cleaning chemicals burn while I rode it home. But hey whos complaining 😏

Stopped in here on 6-25-2021 around noon. Was a nice place. Was clean, pretty good size. Nice shirt selection and size range. Staff was helpful I grabbed a shirt and my brother grabbed a shirt and a hoodie. Def worth a stop if you’re in the area. Thanks again guys

I came in to purchase a sportster for my wife. Jay was my salesperson and Ashley was his manager. The bike I saw on their website and drove 137 miles to see wasn’t nearly as nice as it looked in the pics. I found a similar bike in the showroom that I liked better. The asking price was $6999. I found out today that’s about $4k more than it’s worth. I was able to negotiate $1500 off the price and still paid double what it’s worth. Shame on me for not doing more research before I bought, shame on them for taking absolute advantage of a cash customer. How do they sleep at night? I wouldn’t come back if they were giving bikes away for free.

Nice place. Very helpful staff. But......you have to have way more shirts with YOUR NAME INCLUDING THE PITCHFORK. Most of the mens shirts had the same back on it and no pitchfork and the womens selection wasnt very good either where the name was concerned.....just one persons opinion.

Everybody was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the items in the store. They were able to help us in each department and knew the answers.

Went to this dealer to have passenger foot pegs put on after talking to a gentleman named bill. I asked bill if I came at 5:00pm if I could get it in to put them on. Bills response was absolutely we will have a tech for ya.. fast forward to 5:15pm I arrive at cin city Harley. I spoke with the man at the desk named TJ. TJ told me there was no way he could get me in. He said they close in an hour and a half and there wasn’t enough time. Now this job only takes about 15 minutes. I drove 40 minutes past another Harley dealer ( powder keg) because they came highly recommended. TJ didn’t even try to make time for me or ask any techs if they had a few minutes to do the job. Why TJ is the desk man for services is beyond me. Harley charges a premium and I don’t think it’s too much to ask for quality customer care and service. Needless to say I will never and I mean ever go back to this location. I will spend my hard earned money at powder keg where I have had nothing but good experiences. Ps the only reason they get two stars is because I love Harley. TJ not so much.

Was in browsing looking to possibly upgrade from a smaller non functioning bike. Unaware about the trade in event going on ended up after a couple of test rides and looking and listening to various models. Decided on the 2012 Nightster was able to ride home later that night. They picked up my trade a couple days later loving the bike and ride any chance I can. Thanks Ashley

Sales woman Ashley was the only bright spot of an otherwise dreadful experience.Dont count on any deals they offer on the radio.They will find some way to screw you out of it.Do yourself a favor. Buy elsewhere. Ive been riding for 28 years and this place is the worst

2021 street glide

The people there were very nice and accommodating. It also was a very clean shop. We ended up buying our bike there, and they were very professional through and through and with no pressure.

Great place, had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan and his manager Josh.When we went there I had no intention on buying a new bike just simply went to check the place out and get a hat.I’ve had horrible experiences at a dealership where I bought my bike last year. To the point I felt as if I was done with Harley’s all together.But that all changed when I came to cincity, felt very welcomed the minute we walked in, then Ryan came up and introduced himself and we started chatting about bikes and I told him about the hell I went through with the last dealership and how I was borderline unhappy with my current bike due to the mud I was drug through getting it. He said he will do his best to change my outlook, and he delivered.I had my eye on a new street glide special that was on the floor but was hesitant about the process,Ryan and Josh restored my faith in customer service and Harley Davidson, it was painless and fun as a buying experience should be. Ryan stayed with us the whole time from start to finish, even took the time to clearly explain every feature on the bike. The staff didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for us and got the deal done, they even delivered the new bike and picked up my trade.Will definitely be a returning customer!!Even tho I forgot to buy a hat that I initially went in to get 😂

Again, HD dealership where you get to pay $50 for a $20 shirt. BUT...it does says its in Cincinnati! Thats what collectors want - all 50 states.

I was kept informed about the status of the pickup and the bike was ready when promised.I previously bought a bike from Dustin when he was at another dealer closer to my home. I enjoyed dealing with him and when he let me know hed moved to CinCity I decided to visit even though there are 2 dealers much closer to me. Im glad I made the drive! Dustin and team are great people to work with and I highly recommend them and CinCity.

Took my tire( just tire and rim) to be changed. After going to Harkys, in Milford and being to that it couldnt be just changed now. Went to Eastgate Harley and they said it would be done tomorrow. Changing a tire take approximately 1/2 an hr. Why would you put it on a list behind bikes that will be there for weeks at a time knowing how dealerships do their work. I appreciate Savanah for getting me in and out with a changed tire. Will refer to them over the other 2 from now on.

If there were an option for no stars that’s what they would receive. My husband spent every minute he was awake last week working with salesman Ryan to trade his bike in with one that was in stock at his location. We live two hours away and my husband has been working third shift for several weeks now without a day off. We both arranged our schedule to go there today (Monday) so he spent Sunday loading up his bike. He had already had the financing in place and our insurance. I wish I could include all the text messages between them to show you that basically all we were doing today was signing papers, but last night (Sunday) They messaged him to tell them they sold the bike to someone else. I understand the whole sales industry as I have had that title in the past and I don’t understand how a salesman would be so negligent to not ask for money to hold, but considering the fact that they were down to negotiating accessories for the bike, my husband was confident we would just sign papers today and have the bike he has been looking for. You really need to educate your sales staff on a proper way to work a deal. Thankfully we will find another, but we will never do business with this establishment and you shouldn’t either!

Great experience with Nick Greenwald. Very welcoming environment. I went to CinCity Harley because of my personal credit dilemmas. After the 2 hours of haggling, we worked out a deal on my first Harley. I will definitely be back for accessories and service.My only suggestion is to get straight to the point with numbers.

Every time I order something from here I have to keep checking on it because they never call you when it’s in . I keep trying to call the parts department and keep getting put on hold so I decided to go ahead and head towards the store when I entered the store there were two ladies in the parts department so I decided since I was in the store now I would just go ahead and try to call again standing right there in front of the ladies one of them said to the other somebody in the back will pick it up it’ll be all right so I looked right at her and said oh I’m the one calling you there’s no way that you can answer that phone and help me she had the strangest look on her face. I guarantee you it’s not the first time it’s happened I try as much as I can to avoid going into that store I wish there was another one closer.

The band was ok the food was free so the ride was ride was worth it

The parts department is a joke. I called CinCity Harley on 7/21/20 and was told the database showed they had the part I was seeking in stock. Then I was left on hold for over 30 minutes while the parts associate supposedly searched for it. After 30 minutes, I called in on another line while still on hold on my first call. I was told that they looked for the part but couldnt find it and it was probably just in another bin. I asked why they never bothered to inform me of that and just left me on hold. They apologized but never gave a real answer as to why they did that. So, they leave customers on hold with no intention of completing the calls, and they cant find the parts that they supposedly have in stock. I hate to deal employees who are that bad at their jobs.

Buddy was working a deal with this dealer and they sold the bike he wanted out from under him he was to pick it up this past Monday with the trailer he borrowed from me to haul his trade in in to them and pick up his newest bike, not only lost one customer but two and probably many more when they see our reviews.

The people at the parts counter really dont have a clue, you order something and they order the wrong parts, not just once or twice. Do not spend money at Sin City Harley unless you have to. This has happened not once or twice, but several times, so whose fault is this? They really need help.

I was traveling thru Cincinnati on a long ride to Florida and my gear shift lever broke on 71 south(2011 street glide) The bike was stuck in 2nd gear and I limped it over to CinCity Harley Davidson. I met Savannah at the parts/service counter she was awesome. The service dept was technically closed but there was a technician there that diagnosed the problem and fixed the gear shift in about an hour. Kenny you the man. CinCity got me back on road. Great selection of motorcycles but unfortunately overly aggressive salespeople make it nearly impossible to enjoy your time here. No matter how clear you make it that you dont want to talk to them or even directly ask them to leave you alone they refuse to. Eventually I decided it just wasnt worth the hassle of buying new.

They dont have a lot for a small displacement bike, but its Harley Davidson The Big Dogs, and they are the kindest most considerate people youll meet at a big boy motorcycle shop. They dont condescend or belittle, and theyll accommodate you however they can. Mr Seth and Metro Scooter will continue to be my favorite shop, but the staff at Harley Davidson have changed my mind about Big Dog bike shops.. you simply wont find better people.
