Very fast service, ordered and picked up all in an hour.

Not very easy to work with. Their hours of operation show 6am to 6pm, our driver arrived around 3:15 pm and was told by several employees that they do not accept pallets after 2pm. The driver was sent away with a several stacks of pallets. Several weeks earlier we dropped pallets, and this driver waited for 10 minutes before he was acknowledged and helped he was sent to several different loading docks before he was off loaded. They do pay well for pallets compared to other companies in the Cincinnati area.
