Stopped in there for the first time to check out their cigar and pipe tobacco selection. Immediately upon entering, it was extremely hot in there, as if they had the heat cranked up. It was 60 degrees outside, so not sure. Im talking hot, as in I started to form sweat on my forehead within a minute of being inside and I was in a t-shirt. Next thing I noticed was the large double-door humidor and the nice selection of cigars. I started picking out 4-5 expensive cigars ($10-20 each) then noticed a problem. The hygrometer on the cigar humidor was at 86%RH!! The pipe tobacco humidor was at 55%RH. Considering the hygrometers were analog and I know those arent always accurate, I looked around for a digital one or maybe some other type of monitoring device or probe. Nothing. I put the cigars back in their boxes, shut the door, and asked the girl at the counter if they normally keep their humidors out of ideal range.She didnt know anything about them. I explained to her that I wasnt comfortable buying anything from there that hasnt been maintained appropriately. She didnt seem to care and I left. If youre an avid cigar/ pipe smoker, you may want to order online or find another spot that keeps their products in the proper storage conditions. I look at it like this: I wouldnt buy meat that was left out of refrigeration, so why would I buy $10-$20 cigars that arent kept at an ideal RH of 67-72%RH?

I bought a pop here and the price on the bottle was marked for 1.19 but they charged my card 2.49, big difference. Not happy. Im the customer that will never be back and its owned a ran by foreigners, living in our country tax free and ripping people off. Not ok.

This is a very clean location, recently expanded. They offer candy, beverages, Lottery along with many other things that you would find at your local smoke shop including chewing tobacco, tobacco pipe tobacco, cigarettes and everything else that you would think of that you could find at a smoke shop. I buy my fathers tubs of chew there for a very reasonable price. They also have very friendly customer service Representatives. Its very well lit inside. I would recommend this location to everyone.
