Service was awesome very nice an polite. I tried several flavors and made my decision. I also bought a donut an I wish I could eat it right now but Im full . Thanks guys

Went in at 7:15, two employees inside. They were discussing the schedule. Never acknowledged that me and a coworker existed. One went in the back, came out with a clip board and started discussing the schedule again. We decided that whatever they were doing was more important than waiting on customers so we left. Im not sure they even knew we ever came in.

The manager on duty was great but the other two kids where either high on something or just plain lazy. Everything was dirty; bathrooms, lobby, counters, food prep areas, and the kids didnt look very clean either.This place needs more employees or replacements....

Took my son in for a special birthday treat in February. Few toppings available, most ice cream bins scraped to the bottom and did not look fresh. Very pricey for an unspecial treat. Served by a young man that was slightly amused that nothing we asked for was available.

They were super nice but there were only 2 employees at 1200 on a Monday. They were both working Tim Hortons and couldnt make any ice cream for us. Even if they could, there were only 4 flavors available and they couldn’t tell us what the flavors were.

The hell.. Im already having a bad night. My boyfriend tried to cheer me up by getting some ice cream. We get in at 9:23 at night, this place supposedly closes at 10.. why in the ever loving hell are they saying they cant mix ice cream because they close in a half hour?! Im pretty sure this is NOT how food service is supposed to be. 😡😡

Lemme start by saying I LOVE Cold Stone Creamery. Its THEE place to go for ice cream in AZ, as it was also started there. And let me tell you, the shops in AZ are a thing to behold. The shenanigans I saw here would not fly in AZ. First we waited forever for someone to even acknowledge us before we were promptly told that almost all the ice cream was too cold to sell.. TOO COLD. We just stared at each other for a while before he suggested a couple flavors that werent too cold. He did a horrible job with Mix-Ins not really mixing or chopping anything and never thanked us or anything you would consider customer service. Itll be a real shame if they close because CS has delicious ice cream. I will gladly take over as manager and lay the smack down. Call me!

After standing inside for 5 minutes and being seen from back room by employees. They decided to come out to take our order. 91 degrees today and they have no ice cream they can serve because its hard as a rock.

Stood at counter for 5 mins. The 3 employees all looked at us numerous times, but no one bothered to help us. We just left. Place was filthy.

It used to be awesome and yet the workers act high on drugs. I have stood for 15 mins while two females come in and they get free ice cream really ?!?! I was waiting before they even showed up. Dont go! It is a waste of time

Hours are incorrect.Claim to be open until 10pm. Went in at 8:20pm on a Saturday night and was told they could not mix any ice cream due to them having to break down early as the manager requires them to be gone by 11pm.

The ice cream is good but this place is always under-staffed and the employees run the Tim Hortons as well.

Just close it down, sad tim hortons offers really good food but at this location not even close ..I think the flies are more active than the staff is ...cold stone side just seems dead Ive never seen them even use the cold slab to chop or mix ice cream ....HIGHLY disappointed at this location....the owners should be ashamed of how their business is run thats ALL on you not the managers bc you are supposed to support them so when this place fails just know its bc your a half a** owner

It would be better but the staff can be a little rude.Edit: Service has gone down hill, with them being frequently out of common flavors like chocolate and vanilla.

Slooowww service. Long wait for a cup of Tim Hortons coffee when two people in front or rear Cold Stone and the one person working the inside orders needs to do it all.

Terrible. Claims to be open until 10pm. Ice cream unavailable at 9:30 pm Memorial Day weekend. Had to settle for a VERY stale Tim Horton donut and what I believe to be the worst hot chocolate I have ever tasted.

Unable to make Ice cream at 9:10 pm on a Friday night. Most lights were off. Tables on top of chairs like they are closed. Hours state open until 10pm.
