An Amish crew, known for their workmanship installed the new roof. They were very polite, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up very well after themselves. I’ve gotten good compliments since then. What’s more, it comes with a 40 year warranty!Highly recommended!

Also, his insight on the insurance side allotted us additional funding once the job was complete that we never would have known about had he not told us!!! We had the original roof (2002), and the insurance company paid us the minimal amount for depreciation.In addition, his staff were there on time and worked until the job was done! They also cleaned up behind themselves. My husband and I don’t know “how” we could have been more pleased!! Awesome job!!And oh, the owner is a great communicator as well! I texted him several times throughout the process with question after question, and he ALWAYS had a quick response with great follow through skills as well!! Awesome experience from start to finish!! Thats almost unheard of today.I had an immediate need for a 2nd opinion of a roof inspection and found Joels website online and decided to give him a call since he had awesome reviews. I have a garage door thats acting up. I found these guys, good comments, and they probably do a good job when they show up. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case for me. I was told the tech would be at my house at 7pm. At a little after, I was told via text that he was finishing up a project with a friend and would let me know when he was on the way. At 8:45pm I texted him, asking for an update as to when he was arriving, because it was getting late. His response was cavalier and he asked if I was available the next day. When I gave a time in the morning, that wasnt good for him, lets do it later. All by text, not even the courtesy of a phone call, and I had to prod first to even get an update. It would have been far preferable if I had been told he wasnt available in the first place that evening. As it was, I wasted the entire evening waiting. A very unfortunate experience.
