Awful company to work for. The favoritism and double standards is rampant in all areas. The overtime is never ending.

They are horrible employers, I know an employee who has worked there for over 20 years and is barely making minimum wage right now. Her wage has not been adjusted as minimum wage has gone up. They take advantage of older people who are comfortable in their position and not wanting to rock the boat.

Majority of the older women in the environmental department/the assembler leads are truly a headache; very unprofessional, immature, and rude. The type of environment this job revolves around is having older condescending coworkers who make up excessive complaints about you who will have the upper hand because they’ve been working for decades. I really wish I had someone to tell me this beforehand because this environment was just not right for me.
