Went to purchase more tshirts, siser brand htv, stretch jewelry cord...I needed assistance & a sales associate was kind enough to help me find the tshirts I needed then informed me I can come back when they get their delivery on Thursday to get the size they didnt have while letting me know the possibility of it not coming in.The cashier was also extremely kind & pleasant by reminding me I can use my voucher along with my coupons which saved me about $46.💚💚💚💚💚

Used to always find what I want around the store and be happy but lately I go in and the place feels empty which makes me surprised because Michael’s used to be my favorite crafting store to go to! Also it is very crowded but that I can not blame the store, but I was able to find some of the stuff I went in for today anyway!

Great selection for crafting and decorating. However the photo albums are pricy and albums come with only 12 pages. Purchasing additional pages is necessary and they are equally costly. Buying some photo albums was my primary reason for coming to Michaels. I was disappointed and will most likely shop for them elsewhere.

Really well stocked atore. The employees very courteous and knowledgable. I looked on their website and it said they had fabric. But when I got there all they had was fabric squares and very small pieces. A little disappointed in that but I made it work

Super selection, plenty of good craft ideas, and nice middle ground to dupe higher end store items but not look rough. Website and store availability inventory is fairly accurate so thats nice for last of their kind items when searching a match.

I love this store. They have a wide array of supplies, the prices are great, and nothing beats the 20% off coupons they roll out several times a year. I drove here for a drive through pickup, well for some reasons the website wasn’t allowing me to have the sales associate deliver my product instead they made me walk into the store for a pickup. Though it wasn’t a peak hour but the sales personnel was quite friendly addressing the concerns. It was quite a good experience instead.Rated 4 star just for not delivering in car.

The experience was good until the end. The cashier asked me did I have any change for my transaction due to the coin shortage. I tried to assist him with his math but he was unable to understand my calculations or the logic of what should have been done versus what was done. I understand that this is a business but when common sense is not needed, dont complain to me about a shortage that you want me to take!!!

They have like 1/2 of what you are looking for every time go to Michaels...But first order what you think you will really need from Amazon. Plus I find that things that used to be a dollar are 20$ in this store. So only go here if you really, really cant wait for shipping. Their ribbon is nice and ok for its price. I remember when that used to be a dollar now its two. But ok I guess inflation. I mean I like this store but it doesnt compare to other craft stores like Joe-Anne but I dont think they have those around here. Hobby lobby used to be good but I recently went there and was disappointed. For sewing and jewelry making this store is not very good, but if you are making something for your kids school out of construction paper and glitter pens then this is the place for you. Felt, pom-poms, popsicle sticks that kind of thing glue scrap books. Not me I like to twist wires together. They never have what I am looking for and never have a large enough selection of swarski cristal.

It is a great place for us who arent afraid of putting stuff together. 😀

So I went there today,to return an item bought online. I was being treated by the associate like I am doing some crime because according to associate price of this item is so low and she did not know how to put everything in computer.Anyways, meanwhile store manager came and he apologized for delay and solved the matter in minutes and that’s why I am giving 4 stars, for associate my message is Arrogance of Ignorance is a very harmful attitude, try to improve your manners.

I ordered for same day in store pick up. That was at 1pm. The order said it would be ready by 4pm. It is now 9pm. I have been trying to call the store and all I get is please hold and then noone ever comes back to thw phone. It times out im ignored for so long. The money was already taken out of my account and I have work that is not being finished because of the horrible service at this store. I will never ever use this feature again. This is not delivery and to be told it would take days to get my money back when the order was just simply supposed to filled and picked up. This is ridiculous.

If youre anything like us, an artsy and creative family, this is the place! Michaels is the top store I prefer to go to ahead of all the others out there. The sales and coupons make it a lot less stress on your wallet, you just have to watch for the sale signs.

Very disappointed with the service. I went to get a yarn, it was on the top shelf very far from me. I asked for help and i was totally ignored by the female employee. Very disappointed because im a regular customer and i thought the environment was more friendly. I wish i could give 0 stars.

Staff is super helpful when asking where something is ... I got the aisle info and exactly where the item was on the shelf.

I was making a Halloween treats out of popcorn and melted white chocolate it was ghost. Michaels is the only place that I know of thats close where Im able to purchase the chocolate. They had a sale going on four bags of chocolate for $10I was able to save money at the same time use a coupon that they had online, and make delicious treats for Halloween party.

Fairly new location that is well stocked. Employees were friendly and voluntarily approached me to see if I needed help. I needed custom frames for some memorabilia and found everything I needed. Checkout was simple, lines (4pm on a Monday) were not long. Was asked to join the store membership program, but was not overly pressured to do so.

2 curbside pickup ordered 5 hours ago,1 ready other not. 1 pack of construction paper and a poster board. Now I have to drive about 45 minutes back tomorrow? Amazon woukd have been faster cheaper and here already

I do not frequent craft stores often as I myself do not do any crafts. Store is large, well organized and basically serves the purpose. But I was looking for gold/silver or other ornamental rope/thread or ribbon to hang some ornaments on my Christmas tree.They had none in any color to fit my need.Found exactly what i was looking for elsewhere.

Selection of yarn and frames is good but wood products were limited. Cashiers were also taking customer phone calls and therefore could not also process customers waiting to check out so check out process was slow.

Too many empty shelves when you first walk in . Cashiers were very polite and in holiday spirits . Found most of what I wanted, but, much was very high on upper baskets . Time to bring those items to the lower shelves, handicapped folks arent creative in getting things well above their heads .

Covid update- Great store and has everything I need, but to be honest, Im not wild about the set up. They didnt change their layout at all to accommodate social distancing, so it is really awkward to move around and not be in someones way since the aisles are so close together. The check out line is especially bad. I will stick to pick up options or online ordering for now.

Im in Michaels very little. I thought this store is large yet seem tightly packed with shelves and merchandise (visited December) Aisles felt too narrow. Found nothing for what I was looking for there though as it mostly have ready items instead of parts I normally use to make my own decorations. I saw good selection of things for a school project, though I dont have kids

Great, caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is obvious that the entire staff cares very much about the dogs and cats that they see on a daily basis. My little dog has had some minor problems as well as an issue with her leg that required surgery. While we all hate to leave our dogs for any kind of procedure I have always trusted that Cranford Veterinary Hospital does what is best for my dog and always gives me the best advice in caring for her.❤

50% off merchandise is never clearly marked. Spend a whole lot of time explaining to the cashier and walking back into the store to show them signage. Bah.

I like Michaels. They always have 40%-50% coupons and accept competitors coupons such as AC Moore which generally always has 50% off 1 regular priced item. Hobby Lobby doesnt take ANY COMPETITORS coupons. This is difficult but I need to be honest most of the time people arent around to help and when they are they either dont know or dont want to know about what it is your asking.I know, its like whatever happened to customer service? LOL

Knowledgeable staff in custom framing. Made my decisions about what border color and frame to choose very easy. Lots of options to choose from and the price wasnt too bad either. Check for coupons and ask the staff. They are most helpful.

Great place for hobbies

MIcheals, anything with art and decoration, go to shop. This place is organised and most of things are still at the me racks and Isles, which is good to see unlike other Micheals. Kudos to the staff but again I had to wait little longer standing in the queue and ended up changing my mind of buying some items. I felt the staff is busy arranging things and not ready to bill the customers in queue. at the time I was in the staff was right behind the counter arranging things than billing the customers out to get back to business...well it is always a balancing act.
