Ed the manager was great. He explained all I needed to know regarding my phone. He ensured I would have my phone set up and ready to go at a specific time as I had another appt. I also had Brandon. Both men were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, patient to answer my numerous questions. Both men are an asset to the Clark Verizon store!! Highly recommend using them for your next purchase !!

I went to Verizon Wireless retailer in Clark Commons. I had a true gentleman, named Phil, as my salesperson. He was very informative, and highly educated about the phones and accessories Verizon was selling. I was extremely grateful that Phil set up everything for me.I always had jitters about transferring data from my old to my new phone, but he eased my anxieties by doing it for me. He hooked me up with a nice protective case, and was very meticulous installing a protective screen guard for me. I am truly satisfied with my new phone, and my experience at Verizon... I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for YEARS. I’ve purchased ALL of my and my families IPHONES and accessories from this store, spending thousands of dollars. I bought a phone charger 5 months ago and the wires have become exposed at the end and it no longer works. I brought the charger back to the store and the man who said he was the manager refused to help take the charger back, saying I had to return it to the manufacturer. I asked him if he was serious, if he would lose a customer over a $20.00 charger that only worked for 5 months and he said yes. He didn’t care. Refused to do anything to help me with this faulty product that THEY SOLD ME. Beware. Customer service matters. This place will take your money but leave you out to dry over $20.00 in bad product that only worked for 5 months. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. You would be smart to do the same.
I was very impressed with Phil! He was well informed with every aspect regarding my recent Verizon purchases.I didnt plan on buying accessories but couldnt turn away from the offers that came along with what I bought. Phil had a very genuine way of letting me know that the offers were to my benefit. He knew everything about phones, tablets, speakers, chargers etc. and in addition, went through the wireless paperwork with ease and confidence while talking to me and staying pleasant! It was time for me to upgrade my phone. I went in at the store opening anticipating a long wait and I was right. I was welcomed warmly by Phill who asked me to sit and wait till he could help. Phill was finishing up with a customer and involved with a second customer at his desk. I couldn’t help but notice the second customer was becoming very difficult and having a hard time understanding what was going on. Phill was so calm and professional, repeating the information over and over and trying to help this person understand, all the while completing the customer at the desks transaction. Finally it was my turn and I received such wonderful service. Phill took me to the model phone area and helped me select the best phone for my plan, then painstakingly went over my plan with me. He applied the screen protector while I asked a million questions. I was worried about loosing candy crush but the data transfer was seamless and we laughed about it. He printed out my service plan upon my request- and I was ready to go. Although I spent more time in the store than planned I did receive wonderful service! Thank you Phill I love my new phone!
Ive gone to this store for my last three phones and its always a pleasant experience. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased my last phone last week and Yaseen H was super helpful. I went to this Verizon store with a frozen phone. The salesperson tried his best to fix the problem but was not successful. It was an old phone which was on overtime. I had the pleasure of working with Phill on this purchase and I was quite impressed with his professionalism. He knew the products and the operation of the store. It was a smooth sale as we sailed through the process. Hopefully, I dont have to go back to the store anytime soon but I would definitely request working with Phil again.
There’s no indication that this is Victra. Big signage outside says ‘Verizon” on store’s both sides, which is misleading. I was sure I’m dealing with a Verizon employee. They had me sign electronic paper work on a tiny device and secretly tucked actual paper receipt in a bag and put it under the table with my new phone’s box. They never indicated that they charge for a ‘set up’ which is a joke since I set up my own phone. They only said I’m signing the $35 restocking agreement and tax payment. Once at home I realized that the name on paper receipt says Victra. I also saw the set up fee $19.99. In addition I realized that the installment agreement is not what we’ve discussed. Phone price on the agreement was $10 higher from the retail price which now resulted in higher monthly installments. When I called them to clarify they hung up on me once. The second time they transferred me over to Verizon without saying a word. Verizon told me to return the phone but at this point I’d be $55 behind for the restocking and setup fee which both are non-refundable not to mention inconvenience and time wasted. STAY AWY from THIS PLACE!
I gave it 2 stars because the store was clean. However, my experience with them wasnt so nice. After two failed online orders to store pickup attempts, I ended up just ordering a phone with a Verizon phone rep to be shipping to the house. When I originally tried picking up the orders at the store, the store rep blew me off as if Im interrupting his day. All I heard from him was sorry your order was canceled, cant do anything about it. Thats #1 thing not to say when working in customer service. I verified with Verizon that my order was NOT canceled and rep was misinforming me.

I went to Verizon to switch over from T-Mobile. So far the best decision i’ve made. Staff was very helpful and informative. Cheaper monthly payments with a better service provider.
Customer service was amazing, Naomi the sales person answered all my questions, and she was very patient with me. I asked her so many questions she did not have to answer, but she took the time to make me comfortable and to make sure when I walked out of the store I knew exactly how to use my phone, and my Apple Watch. I will recommend ask for Naomi when you go to this Verizon store.

Natalee was awesome ! After many years with another carrier I decided to switch to Verizon and Natalee made it so easy. She explained everything and was very patient while I made my choices. Awful customer service. Man at the front desk had the worst attitude second I walked in. Looked like I was bothering him the entire time. I first had questions about just upgrading my plan but if he just even tried to act like a professional salesman I wouldve upgraded my phone too which was my plan. Not coming back to this place.
He was very nice and I was in and out within 10 minutes. He had my number changed and switched me over within no time. It was a great experience.

If you’re ever in this store ask to be serviced by Stephanie. She is an excellent customer rep…friendly & very patient. I certainly appreciate her making me aware that there was a warranty available on my charger that wasn’t working properly. Stephanie also patiently installed some apps on my new tablet and told me to feel free to come in ask for her if I needed additional help. She made sure that I got the best price for the products that I purchased. And when I explained why I wanted to hold on to my old smart phone she understood & didn’t try to talk me into upgrading.

Had a decent experience in the store with some minor hiccups however be aware that this is NOT a Verizon store and they will charge you a setup fee if they transfer your data over WITHOUT asking if you want them to or telling you that they will charge you for it. The iPhone setup has been made as simple as scanning your old phone, and even without that you have iCloud and can do it manually. You do not need to be scammed into paying extra for this. Also- not a HUGE deal when you’re already dropping a grand, but they charge you $10 more than the retail price of the phone (before taxes and fees).

We went to pay our bill with S Al-Tariq---Paid in full at the store in Clark 4 days early on Dec 21st. Now on Jan 1st my service was cut off--Im mad as can be because I had to find my receipt and have to run all the way down there to have them turn my phone back on !!! I am expecting a very important phone call too which is very important to me. Very upset customer here.
I was in the story yesterday to get an upgrade. I had a terrible experience with the person charging me several charges and putting an iPad in front of me to sign for over $1000 plus other charge with no exclamation. He was a fast talker. I had no choice but to walk out of the store not being satisfied and I will never return to that store again. I have spoken to several friends of mine explaining to them what happened to me.

This store is not a ‘Verizon’ store they overcharged me $100An agent gave a particularly good negotiation. I never heard any prices. And that’s on me. But he heard me talk to my partner about prices and I saw his eyes bug when I gave what I thought were accurate prices to my partner.At the time the iPhone 8 sold for a price on every Verizon and Apple website. This was weeks before the iPhone XR release.Is that illegal I don’t think so. Is there a method goal, maybe I don’t know I have his name on my invoice but I don’t want to get this associate fired.
I went to this store to purchase my first iPhone. Alan was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me to choose a phone, did a great job with the setup. A first time iPhone user, I appreciated that Alan was patient and answered my questions. Alan and the store manager were friendly and I would highly recommend this Verizon store.

This is the only Verizon store that is worth coming to. The staff are second to none and make you feel at home. We were lucky enough to be helped by Jessica who is not only patient and kind, but professional and stayed way past closing time to make sure we got we got everything we needed.This store is highly recommended and even if youre not in the area, its worth the gas money to come here for top-notch service.

I called recently to see if this particular store received cable boxes and was told from the personnel there that they did. I went to the store yesterday, 12/30 around noon to drop off the boxes. I was then told that they do not accept these boxes. The 3 sales people that were present at the time, looked at me and laughed. They were also VERY RUDE! I think its very unprofessional of them because it was not a joke! The manager needs to re-train the personnel there and let them know that telling people false information is unacceptable. Horrible experience.

So I went an upgraded my phone everything’s going well I said I wanted a 64gb iPhone 11 pro In green if they didn’t have that color I’ll take any color he comes out with the 256gb in green pushes a sale so I say I want a case and screen protector and vinny just put it on by himself never mentioned pricing on the case or protector and I get home and check the bill after all of that and realize for a case and screen protector might I add just ONE protector was over $100 so now I’m stuck with a $70 screen protector and tried to return the case and they’re giving me a hard time, Josh had a smart comment “might have to just keep it” Unacceptable for an employee to talk to me that way and I advise anyone who has Verizon I’d spend your money elsewhere don’t ever go to this over priced one star establishment.

I came in to find out pricing for upgrading my phone. The saleman kept giving me the run around for pricing. I could never get a straight answer for what the phone will actually cost me. It was somewhere around $500-600. He then tried to push the sale through without telling me. Luckily I stopped him, despite him telling me I would be stupid not to take the deal... I told him I wanted to think about it and would return in the evening. That night another employee broke down the actual price. It was going to cost me $300 more, but I wouldnt have known until I got my bill next month.These people are shady.

Avoid this store at all cost! I recently purchased a new phone through this store that I thought was a Verizon store, but turns out its an authorized retailer despite having Verizon plastered everyone across the store and no indication that its NOT a Verizon-owned store. The incompetent sales associate Juan not only botched my data transfer and lost all of my videos, including video of my childs first steps and other priceless videos, but store management is easily the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life.The assistant manager Terrance offered me a screen protector for my troubles. A screen protector was supposed to be the solution to their own store associate screwing up the data transfer and losing all of my priceless videos.After the issue was escalated to the store manager, Edward, I truly learned this store cares nothing about the services they are provide or their customers. The incompetence and negligence exists from the top down. Not only did the store manager not return phone calls when I followed up to seek out other options to get missing data from my old phone, but he shipped my old phone back to Verizon to be refurbished after promising me that they would hold onto it in the store safe until the matter was resolved. Videos - gone forever. I had to call the store almost every day for a week to track down the manager, who wouldnt return phone calls, for him to tell me, a week later, that he shipped the phone out and I was out of luck. The videos were gone and Verizon Victra Clark would not take any responsibility nor would the store look to provide further assistance.Needless to say, I quickly went to a Verizon owned store (in Westfield), purchased a new phone through the Verizon store (receiving excellent customer service at the Westfield Verizon store), then went back to Victra and returned the phone that they had sold me.Avoid Verizon Victra Clark. All the employees care about is selling you a phone - the sales associates and management dont care one bit about ensuring your data is transferred correctly and or take accountability for their mistakes.

I never write reviews. My phone hasnt been working for a few days on phone calls. The person on the other end of the line said I was breaking up and eventually I couldnt hear them. I went in to the Verizon store and a gentlemen goes to me looks like your phone is beat up. It wasnt. I explained the situation and his response was who talks on the phone anyway? I do seeing as I dont have a landline. His final suggestion to me was either dont use my phone until my upgrade date (in a month) or borrow a phone for a friend. He didnt believe me that this was happening and refused to run diagnostic testing. I ended up calling Verizon wireless and had an awesome rep who helped me. Turns on Verizon is working on a tower in the area and my phone should have automatically been switched off of HD calling but wasnt.
I got a Galaxy S7 from Joseph last week. Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I met the manager also. He was a sharp guy. Good experience overall.

WARNING! This is not a Verizon store. This is a third party retailer (Victra). Verizon wont help you if you have a problem. There sales people either lie to you are dont know what they are talking about. Go to a true Verizon location and not an authorized retailer with the Verizon name on the sign.
