Today I went in search of some essential vitamins and immunotherapy items. I was not greeted when I entered the store. More than two employees walked by me without acknowledging me or asking if I needed assistance with finding something. I had to request help. The manager asked me what I needed my items for instead of the name of the item. I was shown to one area of the store and not asked if I had questions or help understanding anything. One of the employees then nervously approached the area, pretended to stock a nearby shelf while I read ingredients on a box. As I left, no one said thanks for coming or anything. Keep in mind, I observed them being extremely pleasant to Caucasian customers. I will never return there, I did not make a purchase and I will make a formal complaint to the company. Vitamin Shoppe, you are missing a great deal of money if this is how African American consumers are being treated.

I have been coming to this particular location for a long time but this is a my first review. I can find any vitamin or energy drink that is good for you here. The service is pretty good except for the one lady that has been working there recently. She seems to not want to be bothered all the time. Besides that I have no issues.

I come to this store alot, at least twice a month and everyone is always so nice and friendly. Dan I see alot and he is very nice and always greets with a smile and is super fast with service.

I went in today to pick up an online order. The associates informed me that there was a problem with their system and they couldnt check out my order. They offered other options so that I could get my item and not have to wait. When I got to the register the system was working and I was able to get the order I placed. The associates were so friendly, helpful and apologetic about the register issue. I have always had good experiences at this particular location.

All the Vitamin shops are great. This one the staff is particularly knowledgeable and helpful.They have never not been able to answer my questions.

Went into the store and the cashier (old white lady) completely ignored me while I walked in as she was stocking items in the front of the store. So i had to go all over the store to find what i needed. When I turn around she was spying on me to see if I was stealing! ( i was on my way to pay until I saw her staring at me) She then realized I wasnt going to buy the item and she asks me Can I help you? I said no thank you and left! How RACISTS!!!! I will never come here again Ill take my business somewhere else
