Do not rent a dress from this company! Worst customer service I have encountered! I reserved and paid a deposit for a dress. I was notified 3 days prior to rental via email that the dress I reserved and paid for was not available. This company has no phone number or phone support whatsoever and only will communicate via email. Even their address is a P.O. Box which is very sketchy.I rented a pink dress because I am having a girl and this was for a maternity shoot. Company did not even apologize and only offered a blue or red dress, clearly not an acceptable substitute. Many of my questions in emails were ignored and they left me no choice but to accept a completely different dress I did not like because they notified me that my reserved and confirmed dress was not available on such short notice. When the alternative dress did arrive it arrived wrapped in a ball all wrinkled and the bodysuit they confirmed would come with it was not sent. I had to email them again to fix yet another mistake and when bodysuit arrived it was in bad worn condition full of pilling. My photoshoot was ruined and I threw hundreds of dollars away due to this companies mismanagement of inventory and the fact that they have no back up plans when issues come up and they cant send a dress you reserve and pay for months in advance. Avoid them at all cost!
