Terrible experience. I ordered a part for curbside pickup and when I arrived, I was informed that I would have to come into the store to complete the transaction. Once inside I was asked to hand over my credit card and license to complete the process. The clerk wasn’t wearing a mask, and while completing the transaction, several others came out without masks or distancing. I was in the store with 6 unmasked people standing around. If I hadn’t already paid and was in the middle of completing the transaction, I would’ve left to go somewhere they respected their customers enough to follow governmental regulations. Regardless, I will never buy from NAPA again.

Theyre closed when the sign says theyre open. Come on man you cant run business like that not to worry many other auto part stores in the area I spent $950 at autozone they were happy to have my business!!

Not a single member of the staff was wearing a mask during a pandemic. Pretty disgusting and I felt unsafe within the store.

This store is NOT following any CDC guidelines, nor Michigan Health & Human Services Departments mandates...not a single employee even pretending to wear a mask during a pandemic.

I really like this NAPA when I need some parts, and I go here quite often during the warmer months. The people that work here are very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have regularly called around helping me find what I need. Often they will help find something that will work if you have an oddball project. On top of this, the prices are very good. Keep it up!

This is the only place I know Im getting high quality parts and equipment that I can trust. Also, the guys working here know what they are doing/saying when it comes to advice or directions related to anything automotive!!!

Always have what I require, miscellaneous bearings for a pool pump motor, for example. A terrific auto supply with knowledgeable staff.

Almost always have what I need. In this case a brass drift for removing an axle. Good luck finding something like that at any other auto parts or hardware store.

Great, helpful counter service even when trying to track down suitable replacment parts for an older BMW Oilhead motorcycle. If you ever tried finding Non-BMW brand parts for your bike, you know.Definitely recommend. I always go to Napa when I want good, quality parts.

I only needed a couple of turn signal bulbs for my motorcycle. The young man was very helpful and answered several questions I had about replacement parts and newer vs older technology.

Time is listed as closing at 8pm, got there at 7:06pm and they were closed. Taking my business somewhere else.

I bought brakes earlier in the year for my wifes car. Later I found out that the rotors given to me were too small. I was not able to return them. The gentleman that helped me said there was nothing he could do. He said those we the right rotors according to the system/database they use. He disregarded the possibility there could be an issue with the system. Im out every dollar for the front rotors and pads along with a couple hundred dollars for service and new parts. I will not return to this store because its unreliable and the customer service is unprofessional.

Drive 15 miles here to discover they were closed. Guess they are not open until 8pm on a Friday.
