Great antique shop with a lot of hidden treasures, good customer service too. Located in Clayton across the street from St. Marys Hospital.

This is such a neat place! Didn’t know what to expect or what I’d find, but like most antique stores you don’t know what you want until you see it. It was a true treasure hunt. My sister and I scored so many cool items, from a vintage silk blouse to a murano glass dish to some old books and albums. Brian was super chill and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great antique shop!

The Brass Alligator is easily my favorite antique stores to frequent in Saint Louis. It feels like a treasure hunt every-time I visit with a wide variety of ever changing merchandise. I have purchased a gorgeous large blue antique Persian rug, a beautiful Apollo bust planter, and countless gifts for friends. On a recent trip I learned they expanded upstairs with a cool mid-century modern vibe and tons of albums. I will for sure back !!!

My wife purchased a beautiful hutch from this store for a very reasonable price. Their movers did a great job delivering it to our home and setting it up. Will be shopping there again!

The delivery was awesome! We had a much harder move than anticipated (furniture weight and apartment building logistics), they handled all pieces with the utmost care making sure nothing was scratched. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend their service.

I called Brian to do an estate sale for me very last minute and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. He fit me in his busy schedule immediately and worked tirelessly for 2 weeks to prepare for the sale. He transformed my mother’s house into a beautifully decorated home perfect for a great sale. He is extremely talented at decorating in preparation for a nice estate sale. Every room was staged for easy viewing and I was impressed at how neatly and nicely items were displayed. He advertised well offering great photos with detailed sale was successful and cleanup amazing. Brian has many expert contacts for selling certain items as rugs, jewelry, stamps, coins, appliances, etc. The house had to be completely cleared out within 24 hours due to a sale and Brian and his crew got it done. They worked overnight, working extremely hard for a small cost. Absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty to get everything cleared out. And he was very creative in disposing things rather than just throwing out. Above all, Brian is an extremely and genuinely nice guy! I will definitely refer him in the future. With out a doubt, 5 + stars in all categories!!

This is a great antique shop. I found some really great finds in here, one being a vintage Italian Swarovski crystal frog pill box. He has super cool stuff with reasonable prices. Brian is very friendly and knowledgeable about his merchandise. Will be coming back!

The Brass Alligator is not your typical antique store. Every item is unique and well thought out. Brian is incredibly personable and down to earth. He went above and beyond to help me load and unload a very large and delicate piece. We will definitely be in from time to time to see what other gems are waiting for us.

I always enjoy my visits to the Brass Alligator. Brian is such a great guy and really knows his stuff. The space is inviting and the ever-changing inventory is extensive and eclectic...accessible price range, too. I love my mid-century modern floor lamp and Japanese snail tray…fun finds. Went to the estate sale that they ran on Sunday. Bought a great Western bronze along with a lot of natve American baskets, as well as a bunch of other items. It was priced right for both the seller and the buyer.
