Not satisfied- I wanted to give this shop a good rating, but I am not satisfied. The car had a great deal of damage to the front corner. It was obvious it would need a balance and alignment. The wheel balance was not done. The car has a serious problem at higher speeds. I called Terrance twice to ask about it, and he said he had sub-contracted the work out. He basically claimed no responsibility for the incomplete job and left me hanging, because he wouldnt make any money on the repair. USA Auto Body is who is responsible for the entire job, and I, as a customer do not think the poor sub-contracted work is my responsibilty at all. I am ultimately not satisfied, and USA Auto Body has not remedied the situation. He has left me hanging out to dry, unsatisfied, and with an incomplete repair. I will not have another car repaired there. I do not recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing work! They have had my 2018 Honda Accord twice and both times she came back looking brand new! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Terry brought my 2010 kia back to life.The paint was fading as was the clear coat on the door handles, mirrors and the pinstriping was virtually gone.I cant thank him enough for the incredible job he and his team has done.The car looks like it just came out of the showroom the day I bought it.outstanding man and outstanding team.Thank you so much guys for bringing it back to how it was.

68 Chevelle. They did an incredible job on the body work and paint on my car. Work was done about 6 years ago and it still looks perfect. They also painted a Shelby Cobra replica that I built and the work was excellent. Honest and hard working.

I have a Honda s2000 ap1 I drove up on a small curb, and took out a poll. USA Auto Body does excellent body work, they finished the small dent in my fender in 4 days and were very reasonable. The paint matched the original perfect. I highly recommend USA Auto.

I brought my 05 Magnum in for a full pain job. They were backed up with work, but it was well worth the wait. Looks brand new! Awesome job!

We had our Suburban painted at U.S.A Auto Body and we were not at all happy with to results. The front edge of the hood still had pits where they did not fill in the chips in the original paint that was caused by road debris. No attention to detail was given to the hood. Worst of all, they scratched our windows while removing overspray. Although they did mask off the windows, some overspray still got on the glass. Four of our windows have scratches so deep that your fingernail will catch on the scratch. Initially they said they would replace the glass, but when they got a price for the glass they changed their attitude and denied that they ever scratched the glass at all and refused to replace the glass. You will do well to look elsewhere for a paint job.
