Horrible service we recieved a defective part from them called they say they have one on the shelf to replace it. I sit there and wait to find out they do not have one. The manager says it may be on the truck and I can come back. while I was sitting there 2 customers jn front of me had nothing but issues and this Manager doesnt seem to care if they take care of their customers or not. No Solution offered. they dont care at all . He refused to look up my invocie give me a replacement or refund They have a sign that says our people bring you back. the only thing their people have done is made me decide to purchase parts for my businesses from another company other than them

Wow, I wish I knew this place existed a long time ago! Ordered a front turn signal for my daughters 2017 Jeep Patriot. Only $18 and it looks and fits just like the OEM. So far this place is awesome and they have the parts delivered to store next day!

Shop here alot for work and I always get great customer service and they never not had something that I needed. Thanks to the APO crew.

The worst part of my job is having to get parts here. Its generally worth the extra $20 to go somewhere else... Especially if you get stuck with the slow fat kid (we call him slow slow deiago) youll know him when you see him...

Parts are great but WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE been here in line over an hour with only 2 people in line before me !!!!! Even the call in is bad !!!
