Prices gone way up next to other stores in area. Quality of product and selection has gone way down.After todays visit dont plan on ever going back. Even though live almost next door. Would never recommend this company to anyone

I always buy my dog food here because its the best price. However I guess Ill have to find somewhere else. The employee who waited on me this evening does not know how to properly wear a mask. It only covered his mouth. When I suggested he wear it properly he said that it didnt matter because hed already had it. That sure doesnt protect me if hes gotten re-exposed!

This store is awful. They talk about you, its horrible. My maiden name was brought up this is a smear campaign.

Came in today because they have the best price on propane gas for our grill. Brought my own tank and decided to buy and fill a new one so we have plenty on hand for over winter. I only saw 1 cashier and occasionally 1 sales floor worker. I have worked retail before and know its never good to keep a customer waiting for at least 45 minutes. And half of it was outside in 55° windy weather. When the young man finally came out and filled the tanks he didnt even offer to put them into my car. Im 23 weeks pregnant and shouldnt have to lift heavy items. Very disappointed in my service.

The employees are always so helpful. They are willing to stop and help you, even if your question seems silly. They have always been great at helping this newly planted country girl find just what I need.

Lots of great deals on all kinds of things. They have a complete line of pet supplies. A nice variety of gardening supplies and equipment. Plus a wide assortment of work and western clothing and boots.

This visit was on 7/02/2020. New manager, very friendly and helpful, pleasure to deal with!However I will never buy livestock feed here again! Grain mite infested bags! Although they dont live on animals they destroy nutritional value of food. Purina and Dumor (made by Purina) are the worst. They are well informed of the problem. Please TSC do something about this!!! Yes food was returned without problem.

Such a pleasure shopping here when Devin is on duty, he actually goes above and beyond. The only thing this store could use is more of a Carhartt selection but its my favorite store.

We arent farmers... but you dont have to own a tractor to shop here. Outdoor and indoor animal needs a given. BUT, if youre...into country decor or clothing, or have a garden, or enjoy your backyard but are having troubles with unwanted wildlife, or looking for supplies to attract non-invasive plants and critters...definitely check out TSC. Aisles a bit narrow but well marked. So when checking out the cool large items, be sure to replace them back behind the line so the next person doesnt catch a wheel.

This place is always fun. And I got a good deal on some gloves. Sammi was working the register and was awesome. She does a great job making everyone smile. I will continue to go here for a long time.

I love Tractor Supply, especially for pet equipment and supplies. Nice selection for pets, general hardware, clothing. They even have muck boots. Staff are always helpful.

Wanted to buy a deluxe steering wheel spinner. I drive a yard truck for a living and wanted to get another one of these for the back up truck. I also found a nice looking long sleeve shirt. The associate at the register was fast and pleasant.

Who doesnt like going to tractor supply?! I go mainly for the wide variety of bird foods but I love looking around in there. Plus they dont mind me bringing my dog inside!

Boots and clothes not a big selection. Tractors and farm equipment a huge assortment. Horse accessories and other farm animal utensils a good supply. Dog supplies excellant. Customer service, not once asked if we needed help with anything.

Clayton Ohio tractor supply, I am a very long time customer the pandemic hits I walk in and a bag of bird seed goes up four dollars! Never let a good pandemic go wasted price-fixing and gouging at its finest!

Surprisingly clean and more organized than other locations I have been in. Opened up another register when they saw 3 people waiting in line. Kind and courteous staff. Highly recommend!

So I call about a bird to see if they got any and they dont so I asked if they ever get them and he had a smart remark saying dont u know we dont know what we get on the truck till we get it. This is the Tractor Supply store that serves our community. The customer service is knowledgeable & courteous. There are a few other stores around, but this one is my familys favorite. Always, a very good experience. Highly recommend this location.

Always seem to have what I am looking for when it comes to our yard.Just patching some problem areas in our lawn. Bought a roll of straw mulch, just unroll and stake in place. Hoping for great results.

This is a smaller TSC, but they still have most everything the others have,just a smaller inventory. The staff there are very nice and helpful. On the way in one of the return customers was offering advice on a product and referring me to staff members inside. Just witnessing this was enough to let me know that they take care of their customers.

Went in for dog food came home with ducks and everything they needed. Helpful friendly staff. I had left my salley in the cart and an employee found it and had them put it in the safe, amazing people!!

Always have good selection of pet foods and never out of stock of the ones I buy. Love this store!

Good place Ive gone here for years. Its a shame the guys they have in there dont even try to know what there selling. There manners are terrible. If you know what you want and can get it yourself, good deal. Some of the prices are high.

Theyve got horse food and various tools for farm and yard work. Love the discount bins! But they arent the best at answering questions and general customer service.

Things are easy to find here you dont have to wander through a warehouse looking for what you need . Friendly service.

A guy who had initials as a name (JD)? Helped me tremendously. Needed a nut to screw on a Greenworks lawnmower bolt but none of the ones you had fit. We decided to replace the part with one of your bolts and it held together great!

This store,Clayton Oh., Greenville Oh., and Richmond Ind., all have basically same prices on propane. The Eaton Oh. Store is the closest to me but will rape you on propane prices and cant tell me why. All 4 stores in rural areas so keep an eye out there might be other prices that are out of wack.
