RAYCO OWNERS BEWARE!!!!!! Blade Equipment is NOT an authorized DEUTZ DIESEL SHOP......Case in point. I bought a refurbished RG50 Super. In less than an hours run time it started smoking and running rough. I called JASON LANIER; could not get an answer or return call. At our shop we discovered that ALL of the valve rockers were loose, as much as 3/16 of an inch. ALL of the adjusting screw lock nuts were loose. After readjusting the valves the engine ran better but still smoked. I took it to COASTAL DIESEL, an authorized DEUTZ shop. They found that an injector had been installed without its seal/spacer, allowing it to be struck by the piston breaking the tip of the injector off thus causing damage to the piston and head. Basic mechanic techniques are totally ignored here. $5200.00 later I got the machine back and it has been fine. This was my 3rd Rayco grinder I have bought from Blade Equipment over a 15 year period. Customer loyalty means nothing to them. This is the LAST time I ever have anything to do with them!!!!!!!! Styrons Tree Service, Morehead City, NC

Ordered part and was double charged,then refunded and charged different price,part never came and now they want me pay restocking fee.barbara and kris are very unprofessional.Dont deal with them i wont!!!
