The staff was very helpful and friendly. Explained in detail the differences between the mattresses and gave me a very good price. I recommend them to anyone who wants a quality mattress at a good price.

This place is a hidden gem. I visited all the big mattress stores and the high quality beds we $4000+ which was way out of my budget. On a whim I scheduled an appointment at Mattress by Appointment Wake Forest store and was wary since it wasn’t your usual storefront. Chris greeted me and I was amazed when I found the exact same bed that was $4000 at the other store for just $1300. I have had the mattress a week and my husband and I are in love with it. A big thanks to Chris for saving me a ton of money and finally giving me the great nights sleep I was dreaming of.

My husband and I came in here on a whim. We did not have an appointment but was curious about the store. There were no other customers inside and the representative welcomed us in anyway. He was very honest and there was no pressure at all! We ended up walking out with a new king sized mattress and a pillow. The stars were based off of customer service alone.
