After 4 years of them doing all my canvas awnings, I had developed some issues with seams and material wearing through 2 of them from weather and wind. They came and took down the awnings, one of which was over 5 windows, and repaired them like new and reinstalled them, no questions asked. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone requiring canvas awnings and feeling secure this company will stand behind their materials and their workmanship. Was referred by a friend. But I called the office a real person answered the phone that took down the information needed and I was contacted within 24 hours by sales rep. Their sales rep set an appointment and actually showed up on time. The presentation of the product and the company was excellent. Im very happy with the product and service. Nice show room and selection.

The salesman made some suggestions and came back to show me what the best options were for my unique needs. Then had the engineer come out and help with the design.The workers who came out to do the job were very courteous and helpful. They went past what needed to be done and helped me with extra touches. When they left each day they had cleaned everything up- closed the gates -you couldt tell anything was going on. I would hire them again!.

We wanted a fabric awning for a large window we have in our computer room. The sun hit the glass all day, and even though we had a window screen and drapes, it will get so hot, was unvereable.We went to Home Depot, and they didnt have what we wanted, so they referred us to West Coast Awnings. They had work for them and highly recommended West Coast.We went and talked to Rick, and he was so helpful, and knowledgeable. We put an order. Mark came and took measurements on January 16th, and we picked the color.February 11th they came and installed it. We love it. What a difference! So nice to sit and not feel the heat. It looks so beautiful. We are so happy with our awning.Thank you so very much to everybody at West Coast Awnings. Very professional and courteous. Great job! We highly recommend them.
