Met with Brian and he helped us get the right door and opener for our needs and budget. They kept us informed and the installation went very smooth. This door is so much nicer and quieter than my old door.

My garage door broke on a holiday. I left a message on their answering service. I received a call the next business day, just as they were opening. A service call was schedule for later that same morning. The customer service is excellent, the repairs were made efficiently and reasonably priced. I have only one brand of choice which is Genie that lasted me for almost 20yrs and proven reliable and durable. Very professional and reasonably priced service on a broken garage door that had come down on the rear bumper of a car. Previous repairs by Genie of Clearwater have also been very positive. Last year I had a different local garage door service replace a broken spring. That was not a good experience and I should have contacted Genie! Jay was amazing in his ability to quickly analyze and repair the damage. We will be getting a new door in the near future from this these people.

About 5 years ago, Jeff from Genie of Clearwater installed a new opener and door panel. Excellent work done at that time. Hurricane Irma came to visit in 2017 and she knocked out the opener. So I called Genie of Clearwater and spoke to Diana, who is very pleasant to speak with and very helpful. An appointment was set, which Diana called to confirm and say when the technician would arrive on the day of service.Jay arrived and realized Irma had taken out just the mother board for the unit. He quickly replaced it and problem solved! Jay then tightened some screws, pulled taught a safety wire, and greased all the moving parts. My garage door is working now, and so much quieter!Thank you Diana! Thank you Jay!

I called around 4 pm Friday and someone was at my home at 9 am Monday morning. I now have two working garage doors!!! I dont know why I waited so long. I guess it was because I didnt know who to call. I saw a Genie of Clearwater truck drive by took a photo, called the number and Viola! I have older garage doors but they were made by Genie and the serviceman had all the parts, fixed everything, checked everything and now they are working great and much quieter. We had to install a Hurricane rated garage door as part of our Storm Shutters Insurance requirements in order to get a policy discount savings.The 2 Genie of Clearwater installers were right on time, very courteous and took time explaining the door installation and what was required if we did need to lock the door into impact mode, which was very simple.After completion the permit was posted for Pinellas County Inspection,, which Genie scheduled and the inspector followed up the next day.My wife opened the garage door and stayed with the inspector throughout his checklist. When my wife came back inside she said the inspector wenton and on about how he had never, in all his years of inspecting these storm doors, seen the advanced construction strength and quality that our door offered. Spring broke, called Genie of Clearwater, game next day, scheduled for call between 12 and 5, had to go to airport for 11:15 pickup, didnt think wed be home by 12, called Genie, they adjusted their schedule to accommodate us and came at 1. My garages single tension spring broke. Up until today I had no idea what a single tension spring even was. Now I 1) do 2) have a non-broken one installed and 3) feel about as good as one could be expected to feel after just having a routine repair on their garage door. I called a few shops I found online. Genies operator was friendly and helpful and she did not, (like one of the other shops operator did) sound as if I was inconveniencing her. She also did not, (like a couple of the others did) dance around price and give me a big range. Instead she gave me an exact and competitive quote. I called at 1, the grandson of the original owner showed up at 3, and the job was done by 3:45. Good People. Wish they fixed computers, fences and AC duct work. Life would be that much more pleasant.

I have been extremely pleased with the support I received from Diane at Genie of Clearwater. I had a lifetime warranty on parts for a Raynor opener that I purchased many years ago. The logic board recently went out and I was told that they no longer make parts for that model and would have to get a new garage door opener. Diane called the company directly and had them honor the warranty and Raynor agreed to send a new motor, free of charge. Thanks to Diane I only had to pay for the service call and installation. Sometimes, it is good to go with a small family business that has been around for a while.

Called to get my seal on the bottom of my garage door changed i could see light at the bottom aka space for mosquitoes. The gentleman came out replaced it, serviced the door, oil etc and changed the garage door opener to a new code(had a renter vacate the home, needed it changed for security reasons) even reprogrammed the garage door opener in the car as well as sold me a new remote, needed an extra. Overall excellent work and pretty reasonably priced
