We had a plumbing issue that needed to be fixed and this involved taking our pavers apart by the plumber. We contacted Martha from kingdom pavers to put back our pavers together and she responded quickly and gave us a quote right away! They got it done in a timely manner and they did a very good job! Marta was fantastic. She Knew exactly what we needed and had the office keep us informed of all updates on the pavers. The work was very good and the installer was excellent. he was able to lay every brick of the puzzle correctly.They did need to return for a minor edge repair but that was done within 24 hours and was finished with no issues. Id recommend them again and plan on using them in the near future.

VERY OVERPRICED, they take so long to get back to, customers orders are extremely delayed, late, very inconvenient. workers work without a shirt on / they work in sandals sometimes, random “ workers” every other day., overall not good, too many good companies out there, skip this one, save yourself sometime .

Our front walkway was tiled and got slippery when wet so we were looking for a safe solution to the problem as well as a way to boost our home’s curb appeal. These pavers did it! Two weeks ago I setup for an appointment for today between 3-4pm... Someone called in the morning to come in at 11:30am, advised I had meetings in the morning, not possible, thats why I setup appt in the PM... She then said she could come by between 1:30-3:30pm... Didnt show up or call... I cannot recommend.

Customer service is horrible, they don’t even have a real office, workers came and almost started fighting at my job site, very unprofessional, everything was late, not happy, they don’t do refunds even though everything was late & didn’t go as planned .

I called Kingdom pavers over a month ago for a pretty big project in my backyard. Marta came over and took measurements and we discussed the various ideas I had for my project. She said I would get a quote in about 2 days. I never received a quote and after contacting her several times I’m still waiting for a quote. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

Kingdom Pavers changed our entire outdoors. The process was great from beginning to end and the best part about my experience was that it turned into a one stop shop. I received quotes from multiple contractors for a variety of projects and they were able to narrow my list of 10 contractors down to only 2. They did my vinyl Fencing, artificial grass playground area with a bocci court, a pergola, a fireplace and they replaced the Flagstone on my Pool deck with travertine, and they also resurfaced my pool. I used Kingdom Pavers about 6 years ago when they did my driveway in pavers and Im so impressed at how much the company has grown. The top of the line customer service has not changed Marta and Nancy are amazing. I reached out for a quote and was scheduled for measurements by that same afternoon. I received my quote 1 or 2 days later and they even sent out a person to collect our signed contract and deposit! Extremely convenient! We met 2 times on site to go over details before materials were scheduled. They anticipated 3 weeks to complete the project and they finished in 2 weeks! I love the customer service team, they keep you posted throughout the whole project and the crews that came out worked so hard. The only thing I noticed was a couple of empty water bottles that were left on site after the workday but they took care of any left over empty containers upon the final clean up. They left every corner even cleaner than it was before. Allan made sure that the guys did the job how I wanted and Im forever grateful to him. It came out exactly how I pictured it.. In the next year or two Ill be contracting them to redo my bathrooms. Great prices and great craftsmanship. If youre looking for a Christian company that gives back to the community choose these guys!100%recommend.

The entire crew worked very adamantly to get my backyard done in time for a birthday that was going to be held. All my guest and I loved the work done. I had a back patio done a couple of weeks ago and it turned out great. The job turned into a bigger job than anyone anticipated due to a stump that was grinded just below the dirt. They took care of it and were able to level it out nicely. I would recommend this company to anyone having similar work done. Reasonably priced as well.

Kingdom pavers is unique in that they truly value their customers and spend a detailed amount of quality time and energy in putting together a project plan that suits your needs. They are so professional and punctual with their response time. My experience was that I reached out to them in July 2018. They immediately set up a date and time to come out to do a quote and measurements. Unfortunately due to a hurricane approaching they were unable to respond immediately and it took them a few months to recover. That also showed me that the customers who were promised before me were being well served and they diligently were trying to catch up even in the middle of dealing with hurricane setbacks. During that time they were never frustrated with my calls or emails and even offered to send someone out to look out for measurements again to reassure they were doing it right. Although my project planned due to my financial restrictions, they were willing to work with me and to come up with more budget-friendly solutions. Marta was a guiding light throughout the entire process and she was thorough in relaying messages. They help you every step of the way from planning what you even want and working on a budget to picking out colors and preferred materials. Their projects turn out beautiful and depict quality work. The best quality artificial grass in Tampa Bay that you will ever find! Great price and excellent services, I highly recommend this company 100 percent. Kingdom Pavers was excellent and did the work in a quick timely manner (even trying to squeeze in hours during our covid 19 lockdown) and the ending result was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! As you can see in the pictures, my playground was layered in mulch and dirt. Kingdom pavers cleaned and removed all the mulch and replaced it with a thick padding with artificial turf on top. They also removed a tree that was rotting along with grinding the roots as well. As I did walk through, I noticed they even fixed my playground equipment FREE OF CHARGE!! The receptionist Marta was extremely nice, very polite & informative. She went over every aspect of the job, even giving me an estimate on future issues that may need repaired. Great company & I will definitely use them again!
