Nice, but made me do the work on my own car, soooo.....🤦‍♀️ 🤷‍♀️

Went in early, around 9 am. There were 4 employees that i saw in the store. I stood waiting patiently for at least 10 min. I finally asked anyone who would listen what does it take to get some help to which a man seemingly reluctant assisted me with a simple part. But for some reason he wasnt allowed or had forgotten how to use the computer for a final sale. He went in the back to get someone who A. New how to scratch out a few keys on that machine to get me on my way and B. Was actually there with a customer service mentality. He returned empty handed. He attempted to concentrate but it was for not. He returned to said back where said jabba the hut was resting from his morning nap only to return moments later, again, without. I asked if noone else in the store could work that confounded contraption. He said yes. Aha! That simply are too busy to help a customer. Keep that part ! Less that 5min. Later i walked out of OReillys with the part. OReillys Auto Parts, i shouldve gone there 1st.... Next time i will!

Great as always. Shout out to Keith hes been there since I was in my teens more than 20 years ago and hes always been the best even when I was a young dumb kid working on my first Camaro. I go there mostly because of him. With everything going on in the world today and all these unwelcome changes its good to see a familiar friendly face.

The young man was not helpful at all it was an older gentleman in there that tried very hard to help us on the part we were looking for but because were women I feel like thats why we were treated different auto parts store

This location has some friendly employees and very helpful a far cry from the locations in the bigger cities where it seems most are only there to collect a check.

Friendly staff and customer service. I bought the wrong OBD II scanner and was able to exchange it for the correct one without any hassle.

Curbside pickup or shop in store. I couldnt order the battery I wanted, but they had a suitable substitute. You have to call the store about custom or specialty items. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent prices.

Wonderful customer service. Lines were not long was not very busy pleasant visit.

The workers were very polite and helpful. It did take a little while cause there were customers flying in and out of the store. The place was very, very busy...especially for a Sunday afternoon. And a nice young man named Dakota fix me up by installing a lightbulb in my right rear turn signal. Legal, again!

Nice guys. The kid who was helping me was new and was doing great, the guy who was training him was a know it all and didnt come across as friendly at all. The kid though, he was friendly. He told me to have a blessed day too. That was nice I thought.

Did not get a receipt after I spent a large amount of money. Dakota made me wait until he took care of a customer and then finished what he started .They he claimed that I received a discount but since I had no receipt until I went back the next and demanded a copy of what I purchased. Please train employees more.

These folks are great! ❤❤❤👍👍👍😁😁😁 Dakota I want to personally thank you. I called and spoke tp Dakota. Very genuine and told me I could come down and they could test my battery for me on my vehicle. And could change it out for me if need be. He looked up when i last had one and I found my receipt for it as well. Warranty on battery in my car was up. When I got there he happened to be the one waiting on me. And he was very nice and polite. He grabbed the battery and some extra stuff which helps the battery from corroding the terminals so the connection lasts. The whole group is such a good group there. They all were working so hard. I appreciate you Dakota! Well thats questionable my card was charged 2xs im waiting for my money to be returned id gave 5 stars but its been 4 days an it hasnt been returned to my bank card soooo, i do wanna say the mang has moved as fast as he can but that dont help my bills

Excellent service very courteous and accurately followed regulations for total number of patrons in the store at a time. Fast service excellent customer service. I felt like they were genuinely concerned with the health of the staff and customers. Not putting profits over safety.

My trips here are always short so that’s good but I hate how the manager always tries to upsell products and promotions. I get it . It’s part of business but it’s pointless with me . I know what I came for . Also the hats and shirts are dirty due to customers touching them with greasy work hands . I would have bought a few hats for this new year but couldn’t find any clean ones .. product availability is not the best either

Autozone supplies the company I work for with parts and tools, if they dont have, they will get it for us. I also shop here for my personal vehicles. It is usually busy when I go in but they get customers taken care of pretty quickly

My visit this morning bordered on absurd. I stood in line for close to 15 minutes, ignored by Tanya and her manager, while they tended to every other customer in the store, most of whom came in after I did. The service was nonexistent. These people are rude, disrespectful, and could care less about simple courtesy.Ill never go in there again. Good news, though, theres an OReillys right across the street.

If I could give zero stars, I would. These are the most unpatriotic useless individuals Ive ever come into contact with. I urge all my military brothers and sisters to not do business with these people. Im not going to go into all the details but when an individual asks for a military discount and a business demands to see a DD-214, which is private, there is a serious problem. Once again I urge anyone who supports their military to NOT do business here. Thank you and God Bless America.

I see this store from two sides.. one is as a customer. Yes they are busy. They also are required to answer the phone too. Granted SOME of the staff is still learning. But the managers know thier stuff and if you have patience then you will get the correct answer. I also see how rude and chauvinistic that some of the patrons are and how they react when told the word NO. When you buy a item your phone number is taken down so that you can claim your warranty. I have seen a couple of complaints about this. Why? If its YOUR part you have YOUR number and if you are a shade tree mechanic then you have a number for YOUR customer. If you dont then this indicates that you are pulling some shady stuff.. And when one of the little ladies tell you NO please do not harass them its policy not personal. And dont send your wife down trying to intimidate them the answer is STILL no.Treat these people with respect and you will be treated like royalty there.
