Andrea, Stephanie and Maria amazing woman. Go over and beyond what they do. They deserve raise. No matter what I want problem there always helpful happy make one feel at home. Not rushing take time.

I went to this location a couple of weeks ago, & I was highly satisfied with the service there. It was a very friendly, fun, & professional experience that I had. Maria is amazing, & was a lot of help. She took care of my needs, & had me out the door in no time. Andrea also helped me as well. She was very informative, & polite. I would recommend this location.

Maria got us all taken care of. Service was speedy as hell, even with her having to assist the district manager. 10 out of 10, would DEFINITELY visit this store again!!!!

Was greeted, information was taken, and was told someone would help me when a rep was available. I waited 45min just to be skipped over. The rep didnt even ask who was next. She just went to the couple after me and started helping them. I left and the Burleson store helped right away. I recommend them.

I cant thank Ty and Maria enough for all the help they provided this evening! We came in to see if they could help resolve a major problem that was created at the Overton Ridge T-Mobile store. Immediately they took over and were willing to do whatever needed to be done to resolve the problem for us.It took an hour and a half for them to get it all worked out which required them staying half an hour after the store had already closed. Not once did they express in their attitudes or discussion that we inconvenienced them. These two employees definitely deserve an extreme amount of credit for going above and beyond in their customer service. I will recommend to anyone who lives in Cleburne to go in and speak with either Ty or Maria. Again, thank you both so very much!!-The Frayres

Tyler and Sandy went far beyond their job descriptionto help me this week They are the greatest!!!If you are a older and dont know anything about smart phone they have the patience of a saint and they go to bat for you.They dont try to sell you something you cant afford. Thank you Both!!!!

Employees lie to you to either get you to spend money or so they don’t have to do things that require more effort. I have issues every single time I come in this store.

I dont know what has changed at Tmobile in the last few years but their service has really gone down hill. If you are on a post paid account which means you are financing through Tmobile then the company is willing to help you. However, if you are on a prepaid account meaning you paid in full for the phone then they are unwilling to help you.Everytime I go into the store the staff say sorry your on prepaid account, I am unable to help please call customer service. When I call or use live chat I get told sorry you need to speak with our prepaid department. When I get a hold of the prepaid department I get told sorry you need to be on post paid account in order for us to help you.I am absolutely tired of the run around and constantly getting told sorry I cannot help or answer your questions. Just today I tried to get some answers about getting a samsung watch 4 and was told sorry I cant answer your questions because your on a prepaid account. Well guess what you just lost a sell and a customer of 10 years. Great service Tmobile.

Best Cell Phone Store by far!!! I have said it countless times, employees make the business. This group of employees specifically, Maria and Pablo worked so hard to get me my dream phone for almost half the price Im paying with Verizon for the crappy phone they tricked me into. My deal was difficult but they spent a week putting it together. While I was there, I watched them work just as hard for everyone who came in. They told me repeatedly, that is why they are called the Uncarrier. In the end, after all that, my new phone would not work at my house in the middle of nowhere. I brought it back the next afternoon on 08-29-2018 and they were just as caring undoing the deal. They made sure all my needs were met. I know that could not have been easy. They went above and beyond and I recommend them to everyone. I mean specifically the T Mobile gang at 1502 W Henderson St unit B, Cleburne, TXI never got that kind of treatment with Verizon or ATT.T Mobiles Motto is,We are the UncarrierAccording to my experience with them, it seems to me that the Motto of Verizon and ATT should be,just give us your money and shut up
