Wonderful people, helpful, especially in picking out my frames. It was a group effort. Joye was awesome!!!
Not a good place to go. Go to a real vision center this place is a joke
Terrible customer service at this optical location. Even the manager Paula was lacking in basic customer service skills. Go to Walmart optical center in Burleson. They’re much nicer to customers there.
On two separate occasions, within a three week span, I could not be helped, and was turned away. The woman had issues running my childrens insurance and told me that they were on a different insurance plan other than what I had stated. I confirmed their insurance every way possible but yet, Theyre not in the system. Their insurance is active or they couldnt have gone to the eye doctor for the prescription in the first place. Even though I was respectful and polite, I didnt receive any warm customer service. Both of my kids glasses are deemed an emergency, so we really need help. It was apparent that the woman was overwhelmed and in a bad mood both times. Id love to return due to the convenience but its a waste of time. We took our business across the street, where our insurance worked just fine. My kids werent scorned for trying on glasses either because Ill have to sanitize them again.
I’ve been wearing glasses for over 50 years. I did not have my exam there because if insurance reasons. But I got my glasses there. Everyone was very nice and friendly. There was a good choice of frames at very reasonable prices. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get my glasses back, but they were back in one week. This has to be ones if the best pair of glasses I’ve had. I can see good, they are comfortable and even if I do say so, they are flattering. They had to do a couple of adjustments on the ear pieces. Then they fit fine. Awesome place and I’ll return there and recommend it to others.
This review is for the optometrist right beside the vision center of Walmart in Cleburne. Dr. was nice but the two secretaries at the front desk were very rude specially the skinny blonde one she ignored us didn’t even want to look at our face. My opinion if you have that kind of job you should be friendly to customers
This review is for the optometrist next door to the Walmart Vision Center in Cleburne, Dr. Ray. I dont know if he was having a bad day or if hes just senile. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, however it was all around bad vibes in this place. First he was snapping at his receptionists. Then he shut the door in my daughters face after she peeped in the room to see what her little brother was up to. Finally when he started making flippant remarks toward my child, who was there for the appointment Id had enough. I was going to have my daughters eyes examined as well but I left. Well find someone else. He was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Everyone has bad days I get that but its never okay to take it out on your customers.
I had a mixed experience here. The people were nice but they couldnt get my glasses right. They sent them back in and tried again, but after that they refunded my money and were done with me. They wouldnt try and fix it after that. Really disappointed.
I just dont understand what happen services was great but they showed they true colors. Went to another walmart (burelson) to get my son glasses... I wont come back but i will complain to upper management. Im so mad that i dont have the patience to write word from word what happened...
Exam was done in less than 5 minutes and took over a month to get my contacts. When I got them they hurt like hell and I couldnt see nothing..... I were contacts before and it was never this bad.... Rude staff too. Staying with Cleburne eye.
It was my first-time to ever need glasses and I explained when I picked up the bifocals they still didnt correct my vision. They said it takes a few weeks. So I tried them for 4wks, still getting vertigo and the glasses didnt correct my vision still blurry. So I took them back to Dr. Randall and he said the Rx is right I said not for me it doesnt correct my vision. We argued finally I said Im done I will get a refund and left his office. Couldnt believe he wouldnt re-test my eyes. Not a good doctor. So then I go to get my refund on my glasses cause they dont correct my vision. Im waiting at cashier register desk lady said be with you in a minute as she walked by, I said ok. So next thing I know I hear maam how can I help you behind me. The lady was sitting at desk didnt get up to address me just sat there..I was like really? So I said I need a refund on my glasses. She started typing on computer I gave her my receipt she never said nothing just typed. Finally she said it will take 4- 8wks before your insurance receives refund. I said wow! Then she typed some more never asked what was wrong or said sorry didnt work out....she had no customer service at all. She gave me my prescription back just handed it to me didnt say anything. Like here is your Rx maam. ...no customer service skills. She finally got out of her seat went to cash register brought me my portion that I paid out of pocket with no receipt. I said can I get a refund receipt? She said the insurance knows what is being refunded i said I want a receipt for my records so she made me a copy and just handed it to me. I wont recommend them to others and I will never go back. Awful experience.
