I would like to give a huge shout out to Jacob and John from Airmasters. They came out yesterday and fixed our A/C up and didn’t jerk me around and they were so great. Jessie and Jacob were at the house to find out why an air duct had water dripping. They found an issue that was simply resolved with some black insulation and discovered the source of the water was not the AC. THEY WERE VERY POLITE. They identified the issue and now we know our next step to fix the water issue. We have used Air Master for almost 20 years in 3 homes. They are always our first call.

We recently moved to the area, and since Airmasters is the local Trane authorized dealer, we were lucky enough to have found this wonderful company. We have had them out for one maintenance call, and two repair calls. Each time, we have been very pleased with their service every step of the way. A technician always come within a day or so for non emergencies. The last two times we called for minor repairs, we were blessed to have Jesse respond to our call. He is professional, kind, thorough, and patiently answers our questions and explains how our system works. He didnt make us feel like he had to hurry away to the next job. They replaced my unit last March and have been so helpful with questions and minor fixes.My thermostat was doing some weird things and Jesse came out and replaced it for me and answered all of my questions. I even called him next day and he gladly walked me through some of the features of the thermostat. Super helpful and very respectful!!They also have some of the best office staff around. Jay Lynn always provides helpful and pleasant customer service.

Roddi/Rodrigo was AWESOME! We had an issue with our less than a year old unit that they installed for us (which was only due to a power outage). I called them to help fix a problem caused by another company. The person on the phone got me in contact with Roy, who called me back immediately. Jesse came out to diagnose this issue. He went into a detailed explanation of the issue and what caused it. His explanation helped me to understand at a high level, how the systems in the attic and outside work together, and why they did not this time. Our AC unit was not working when we turned it on the first time after winter. They came out immediately, got it working until the replacement part came in. I am a retired industrial utilities tech. with over thirty five years experience working on and maintaining industrial refrigeration equipment. On Thursday afternoon our heat pump was unable to cool the house. I chose to call AirMasters based on a neighbors recommendation. I called at 8am Friday morning hoping we would be helped as it was the start of the July 4 holiday weekend. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable. She asked the right questions to move the process forward. I was told they had an opening that morning and we agreed to be home. Stephen Perez came to our home by 9:30am. He inquired as to what had happened, sights and sounds and what was currently functional. He is an extremely good listener. He set straight to work to diagnose the problem. He found the system to be low on charge. He asked about the history of the unit. He inspected the Air Handling unit for leaks but found none. He throughly explained my options and everything he discovered. It was decided he would charge the system and we would see how long it lasts. All the work he did was explained. Bottom line is from someone associated with this field of work for many years I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

During FREEZE OUT 2021, our heater wasnt working at all. We turned to emergency heat and everything and nothing worked. We called Air masters at 9am and they has Jesse here by 11am. He was great! He knew exactly where to start and found a loose wire keeping our forced air heat from coming on at all. Our house was 50* and pipes were beginning to freeze. The heat was working in minutes and it had already warmed up 4 degrees before he ever left our house. I couldnt have asked for better. This company installed our HVAC for the builder. We have called them several times with questions, adding a minisplit system to our garage, and finally a maintenance contract for two services a year. They have gone above and beyond as we had never had a home with a heat pump before. When Snovid came along, we called them to ask questions about our system when we knew the issues that would come up. They were most helpful then as well. Really nice people. My heater would not coming on. I called them on Monday when I was off. They sent someone out that same day. Roddy did a great job. He talked me through everything he had to do on repairs. I will contact them again if I need heat or ac repairs. I will definitely refer them to others.

Th e service man blew out the condensation line and did not inform us to close the sink stoppers now we have crud all over our bathroom and he also told us we need a new unit no repair since we had a older r22 refrigerant this was not true, ] called another Tec and ask if the unit could be repaired, he said most likely, Airmasters sent a sales person out he was very professional and had another tec come out he did a though inspection and found the coil was not leaking Freon but only had corrosion from age he did find the problem of not cooling was a fan motor needed replaced Total cost $650 We are very happy with the professional service they provide and when we need a new unit I am sure they will be the first we call

Wade came to our house after hours to help us get AC issue resolved. We had another company out earlier, but they did not follow through & quoted us a price that was so far out I knew it was not what I wanted. Wade confirmed what I thought, my system was 19 years old. He gave us a price to replace two units complete that would of worked out to be around half what I had received from the other place. I was pleased, we said lets do it & they got us scheduled right away. Installers were the Best crew we ever had do anything, ever. This is the kind of company you only dream about finding. I am way more than just happy. 74 years old & this is how a company should be. Thanks
