I have a small cabinet shop, and my main table saw motor went down. After calling around Gatewood was the most help over the phone, so I took my motor in. 32 hours later it was fixed good as new for less than half the cost of a new motor. Very professional, very helpful.

Called in to see if they had a run capacitor that met the specs I needed. They did, which is why they get 2 stars. The only issue is their price for the part was four times the price then that of Amazon. Asked if they were willing to negotiate on the price and they on came down a few dollars..Overall, I would recommend getting a second opinion on pricing before purchasing anything from here.

I needed a capacitor for my ac unit. I could have had it in a couple days by ordering online. But I needed one asap. So a 15 dollar part cost me 50 dollars. Yes I understand that it is hard to compete with online companies and I will pay a lil more to support local businesses but this kind of mark up is ridiculous. I will order another online so I will never have to enter inside gateway again.

Was building a rotary phase converter, they had everything I needed and good advice to help me. Also a good resource for variable frequency drives, start and run capacitors, relays transformers etc.
