Great boutique with a wide selection of womens clothing and gifts! These ladies really care about their customers and love what they do.

We just purchased our daughter’s prom dress from Hip Chics and had a wonderful experience! Not only did we love the dress, but the staff were so professional, helpful, and kind! We have also rented tuxedos from here and had the same experience. I highly recommend Hip Chics to anyone looking for formal wear, gifts, apparel, and accessories. It is definitely my favorite place to shop!

My son rented a tuxedo for his senior prom. The entire experience was very professional with excellent customer service! The staff took the time to provide quality and personal care. Amazing selection, super staff, but make sure you have time to look around. We went with very little time to shop and I didnt want to leave.

Drove an hour and was very excited to get my daughter’s prom dress. As soon as we step in the lady at the front was on the phone and just asked what are we looking for, l said prom dresses. She didn’t say anything else and continued her conversation on the phone. Never once was asked if l needed any assistance. We had questions and wanted to try some dresses but her call was more important than helping a customer. Extremely disappointed. I will make sure to not recommend this place nor will I ever be back.Thanks for nothing.

Love this store, but hate that they have different products online than in store. I received a gift card as a gift and was told that I can only use it online, although I feel like you you should be able to use it online or in the store since it’s the same company. I feel like there’s not a large selection of items online of things that interest me compared to items in the store.

Trending.....This is the place to shop. I always walk out with something in style, usually more than what I wanted because they have such a variety of styles. I love their unique shoes and boots. Gifts are easy to find here and are in that price range. The staff are more than willing to show you outfits that are in your size and you dont have to worry about putting anything back because the staff are right there waiting to help. The style is for young and young at heart. I feel comfortable going there and thats probably why I say Im getting one shirt and come out with 3 shirts, 1 dress, moisturizer, and whatever doodad is on the counter.

Went here to find a Prom dress for my daughters Senior Prom. We were greeted at the door and given a dressing room. Several ladies brought us dresses in styles and colors we were interested in. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. They worked with us until she found the perfect dress. I would recommend Hip Chics to any mom with a picky daughter who is looking for the perfect dress. This sexist establishment does not allow men in the main area to help select dresses for their daughters or significant others.When asked why this was, the employee stated that the women trying on dresses would come out half clothed. My daughter would have to select her own dresses without my assistance and then she could walk up and show me each one once she tried them on.This made little to no sense considering I was sat up front on a bench directly in front of 3 dressing rooms...

Just want to say that their customer service is GREAT!!! I have never been in the store and called and ordered a shirt on 5/2/16 and spoke with Lisa. She assured me if there was any issues that it could be returned with out any hassle. Shirt came the next day and my wife is thrilled! One of the things I love the most, and what makes this store so widely popular, is the effort that the whole staff puts into making your shopping experience a great one. The product selection is amazing, the customer service is the best you will find anywhere, they gift bag your purchase beautifully, and it takes a lot less time to shop because its so convenient. On top of everything, Hip Chics is always reaching out to the community and that shows even more that my money is well spent when I shop there!

I tried to save $ & ordered my daughter a dress on line. Its a 30 day turnaround from overseas. The dress was damaged, too little & no time to send another! Were 2 weeks away from prom & Im freaking out! She tried in a dresses & we bought the 1st 1 she tried! The staff was fantastic! Sydney our associate was FANTASTIC!! The other associates were very helpful as well!!
