Eddie I just wanted to let you know that Terry at the Clemson store is excellent at his job. He is very smart but he is also great at Customer Service and always looking for ways to help us out. He is also very patient! Lol I ask a lot of questions! We have now bought 5 phones from him and have no intentions of ever going anywhere else!

She took great care in explaining step-by-step the difference between Android & iPhone, since it was my first time using an iPhone. There was even a billing issue through AT&T corporate, but I was able to go back to the store and get confirmation that it was processed correctly, which they did quickly and expertly. On 9/2/20 We dealt with a very nice person. She was working with someone when we got there and then 3 other customers came in. The associate was working by herself and it was taking quite a while so the other customers left. We stayed and when she was finished with the customer, she was very apologetic to us for it taking so long. We were purchasing 3 new phones so we had a very long time to finally get through. Unfortunately we had to come back today because of issues that were not resolved the day before. Sean helped us to finish up what needed to be done.I feel like there should always be at least 2 employees working so customers can be dealt with in a timely manner.

Every time I have been to the store, I have received the best customer service. In my experience, there has been nearly no wait time. The staff has always done everything they can to make sure that customers are taken care of. They are straight shooters who will tell you the best value and quality of products that youre buying. Once, I had purchased a phone, had some questions about additional products and the staff member showed me multiple product reviews to assure me that I was purchasing a quality product.

I have always hated going to pick out a cell phone. I typically have no idea what I want or what to get. This store and these people are exceptional at what they do. Terry walked me through all the products and promotions I was interested in and got to know me on a personal level to determine what would best compliment my life and budget. Plus, he was super friendly and OMG so funny. I’m loyal for life.

THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE. That means you can absolutely buy a phone for your plan here, but you cannot make changes to your account, pay off phones, RETURN PHONES, or many other simple tasks that you may want to do in an AT&T store. I recommend calling AT&T to help you locate an actual corporate store before ever venturing in here. The staff is paid only by commission on the phones they sell you.

Exceptional customer service and product knowledge. With some providers, Ive felt very overwhelmed and confused by contracts, terms/conditions, and policies. Terry Reiche at the Clemson location was very helpful with handling several of my requests simultaneously: internet set up, adding a phone line, overseas assistance, applying applicable discounts, etc. He was friendly and broke everything down in a very plain speaking manner. He knew exactly what he was doing and it impressed me how efficiently he got through my needs given the complexity if my visit. Awesome job! It made my trip to the cell phone store much more enjoyable than times past. Thanks very much!

I went to my local AT&T store because I had been trying to change the data package for my wireless service online and was not having any success. I was trying to save money by updating my account that hadnt been changed in years. Terry helped me change the package and proceeded to save me even more money by switching to U-verse TV. I walked in hoping to save $30 or so a month and walked out with over $100 per month in savings.

Very pleased with the staff and how professional they were helping me get new phone service. Terry was exceptional!

I will NEVER deal with the Anderson store EVER AGAIN. The sales guy combined my Bills without my permission and took me almost 3 months to get it reversed and the guy never put my insurance on my phone. Who buys a $1000 phone and doesnt put insurance on it. Life happens so you want to be prepared but NO ATT SAYS U CANT PUT INSURANCE ON MY PHONE CUZ ITS BEEN OVER 14 DAYS. I just now finally got access to my account and saw no insurance so called them and was told a supervisor would call me in 2-3 hours. Its been 36 hours still no call. SO ATT I AM CHANGING COMPANIES YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU OVER 8 YEARS. I QUIT YOU

I was having issues with the bluetooth on my new Note 10 and went to this store thinking I was going to have to exchange my phone for another, but one of the associates very quickly and easily fixed the problem without me having to go through the hassle of exchanging.

I was on a road trip and was passing through Clemson and my car charger died. I am a Verizon carrier and saw this att store and decided to go in. A young gentleman named Terry was quick to point me to their Samsung chargers, I thought after explaining I was a Verizon subscriber he would try to sell me their most expensive car charger. I was wrong, he did try to upsell the home charger and car charger bundle but showed me the best deal first.

I was sold a BOGO plan. Turns out there was no BOGO, and ended up locking me into a plan that trippled my monthly payment . Contacted store associates and even called corporate .neither gave me any options and didnt care that I was sold a bogus plan and scammed out of money.

The young lady whom I encountered when I entered the Clemson store was cold and unwelcoming. She was sitting at her computer reading an email. When I shared my past negative experiences with AT&T she became defensive. She couldnt answer my questions and was very argumentative.
