As a Clemson fan, I have made many purchases at TTG in-store and online. I have always received great service, but the most recent online service was above and beyond! I purchased something that was indicated as in stock on the website. I was contacted by email about the product being out of stock. I chose a different item and received it only to realize TTG had fully refunded me for the purchase and did not charge me for the replacement product! This is probably the best customer service I have ever received! Go Tigers!

Great selection clean store wonderful helpful staff

I really like Tiger Graphics since I have moved to the area 4 years ago. They have great graphics design and very good quality shirts. Much better than anything fanatics has online. Their website is user friendly and shipping is very reasonable. I have used it several times instead of going downtown. They also send alerts to your email when new styles or seasons are in stock. Just bought my wife and I some baseball t-shirts.

Very fast shipping. Ordered and got package the next day. I had a note on my order for my major decal to say wildlife biology but it came just saying wildlife which was disappointing but it’s still a nice decal nonetheless.

I had a horrible experience here. Went in to see a few patches on a backpack. Called ahead and said price wasnt an issue since it was a special order. They accepted the job, and I get a call a week later saying they changed their mind. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time. It was not a hard job

I usually love Tigertown Graphics. I love their designs and how comfortable their t-shirts are. However this last experience was confusing and rude. They had a misleading sign that expressed 3 for $25. Although I could understand that I misinterpreted the sign the girls at the counter were rude and had obviously encountered this issue before. I did not appreciate their attitude especially since it was not busy and there was no need for it. Nor did they ask if I wanted to reconsider my purchase after the misunderstanding. Sorry that as a paying customer I interrupted their conversation about their trip plans. Debatable how soon I will be back, if at all.

Good selection, many items you wont find anywhere else (mostly t-shirts) and priced for the budget conscience. One of my top 2 places to shop in Tiger Town.
