I received gift cards for Christmas that were not initially working the first day that I went in there so I had chalked it up as a loss however I was called a week later to be advised at my candles were in fact ready and that they were going to honor the gift cards. That in itself was great customer service as well as the fact that my candles literally fill out my whole house Im very pleased and will definitely return to buy more.

So Cool!!Stopped in here with my nieces and we all made candles. Staff was super nice and everything only took an hour. Will have to go to the one in Mentor next time also. Tons of scents to choose from.

Great place to buy gifts and make your own candles! I love walking in here because it smells so good. It can be a bit pricey, but the candles are handmade (you can watch them make them if you go in at the right time). The sales can be really great.

My friend had her wedding shower here. We all brought appetizers to the location and it was a nice time. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were many varieties of scent. It isnt a very big place so if you had too many people it could get cramped but we had about 15 so It was just enough space. We each got to make our own candle based off a combination of the scents we like. I named mine Relaxation, and it smells like fabric softener! I have not been able to light it yet to see if it gives a strong smell because it is summer but all in all it was fun and unique!

This place is amazing. I booked a private candle making event and the staff took care of the rest. They were extremely helpful and very kind. They helped our group fuse amazing scents together to create our own. There are endless selections to choose from when making your candle. They also have lip balms or chap stick, bath bombs, soap and more. I recommend this location for a family fun night out or just stopping by for a candle or two.

We had the best time!! Our boss booked a party for us and we all made candles. The staff were very helpful and attentive. While we waited for the candles to set, we went across the street to a restaurant and Nate was nice enough to bring them to us.

Absolutely awesome shop! They have a million different scents (150+ for real). You can mix and match and make your own unique scent. They have a super helpful staff there, that walked us step by step through the process of making our own unique candle. Burning it now for the first time and it smells even better than it did at the shop. If you want a great date I would highly recommend The Cleveland Candle Company!!! You’ll both be glad you went there!

The experience was nice, and affordable. My mom invited my sisters and I to enjoy the calming atmosphere. The space is limited and tight. Smells wonderful. They even have activities for the kiddos

I believe this is the best local place for candles in Cleveland area, one of thing I love about this place that you can make your own candle and canvas (paint night), great staff, reasonable prices, and sometimes there is a discount on candles if you buy two or more.

I personally would not suggest the DIY candle. My girlfriend and made candles for $45 and both of the candles could not last more than 10 mins before going out on their own. Then we went to the shop to switch, the staff asked us if we made the candle appropriately?? (excuse me ???) She let us re-make them but the second ones still only lasted for 8 mins and died. I dont know whats happening, maybe bad luck? but the price was farrrrrr more than the value!
