Dominic is a terrible person. Extremely arrogant and tried to trick me and my son into replacing the whole cover because of a simple crack in the screen when we knew we could replace just the screen. He also tried to charge $200 to just glue the cover in place. I recommend no one pay for his services!!

Dominic is a rude and unprofessional businessman who makes money by scamming ordinary people without much knowledge about technology. He is an even worse human being.I had called the shop a few days prior to coming in about a broken hinge and was quoted $150 to glue it down with epoxy. Then when I came into the shop, he took a look at the laptop and said the hinge on the other side was also broken even though he didnt open up the cover and said the price works be $200 to glue it. When I told him that the other side wasnt broken and asked him how be could know that without looking, he snapped. He yelled at me for touching my own laptop and for thinking that Im smarter than him.I recommend everyone to go to a real professional with actual knowledge about working with technology, and isnt trying to scam people for a quick dollar.

Cracked my iPhone screen and they fixed it in less than an hour. Great service and half the cost of apple!

He was familiar with the break on my MSI laptop, the hinge snapped and a screw popped out. He glued it down with epoxy. When I came to pick it up they had stuck the screen boarder back on with double sided tape, and had spilled a bit of epoxy on the computer. He charged me $150 for the repair, and I paid in cash.Not even 3 weeks later the hinge fell apart when I tried to close it, and the tape was pealing off the screen. He did give me a full refund, with no hassle and apologized. Initially, he wanted me to come back when I he had more cash, but in the end he wrote me a check.

The proprietor ( I forget his name) was very pleasant. He was honest with me and didnt try to talk me into services that I didnt need. Compared to most computer repair shops, I found his prices very reasonable. I brought my laptop in on a Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. Hes very fast and professional. They leave early everytime I want to pick up my laptop so now I have to wait until Monday to get it. This is my first and last time using them, also, my boyfriend caught them yelling at customers so I would rather not use them in the future for being unprofessional as well.

The wifi was not operating at all before taking in, and now its reconnected, along with a brand new system that he installed. I highly recommend you bringing your computer related needs to him! Additionally, if not most impressively, is the top rate customer service you will receive. If the problem cannot be resolved, there is no charge.

I have been using a company based in India for the past 6 years for computer repair. Their service started getting difficult to contact (long waits on hold, etc for remote service) and finally I could not reach them at all (their phone recording said they were temporarily unavailable!). I was really disgusted. I had heard about Cleveland Hts PC and decided to call and give them a try. Spoke with Dominic who said he could pick up my PC on his way home (found out he lives only a few miles from me). Well, results were amazing... the next afternoon Dominic called and said computer was fixed and he could drop it off on his way home. Was in town and my laptop broke on me😭. He did fast work repairs on my laptop so I was able to finish my computer work while I was away the next day. Just one day out of commission for me. Fair pricing also.

Operator wanted $120 just to reinstall Windows 10, and didnt have any experience with fixing bootloader issues (my real problem). I said I had my own license, he said it would still be $120 in labor. To install windows on a drive. Im sure theyre fine for routine things, but if you have any technical skill whatsoever you can probably do their fixes yourself for a lot cheaper.

Older laptop hinge was broken. Took it in around 11, went and ran some errands and picked it up at 2. Everything is great now, the corner is secured and the price was fair and comparable to what I paid at another place when the opposite corner hinge needed repaired. I would recommend this shop for service and when I get around to purchasing another system (used) I will be sure to stop in here to see whats available.

Can’t recommend this place enough. My 2013 Macbook air harddrive went bad and they replaced it worth a brand new one (doubling the capacity) at a very reasonable rate. Very professional and timely throughout.

Apple told me that my 2011 macbook was beyond repair, and that I should buy a new computer. Luckily, I called Dominic and he said he would be able to fix it! He has replaced my hard drive, which fixed a long-standing problem another computer repair person could not figure out, as well as my worn-out laptop keyboard. He is responsive when I call with a computer virus (so I can bring it in and get it fixed immediately), and does excellent work at a reasonable price. Outstanding service at a great price. My wifes laptop kept freezing when she picked it up or bumped it. At times it was having boot issues. I thought for sure that I needed a new computer. As I described my problem, the technician told me that he thought that he could fix it, so I left it with him. A couple of hours later, I got a call that it was all fixed. Plus it was fixed at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Brought my Laptop in to Dominic on Dec. 23rd 2019 for virus protection to be Installed...I purchased Laptop Dec. 10th 2018...had virus protection Installed at that time for one year...I havent used Laptop since July or August of 2019...so Dec. when I needed to use LaptopI knew virus protection had expired...after picking up Laptop one day shy of a week five minutes on laptop. a VIRUS shows upwent in to talk to this guy.He offered no deal to fix it or to fix period only defended himself. Also spoke to IT at my job they stated he should have cleared laptop clean not only uninstall and install protection he didnt keep long enough to do all he should have done Dominic called less than one-hour and a half for me to retrieve my Laptop.Now youre making false statements Dominic!! I Had no reason to mislead you In regards to the repair of my laptop, seems to me after reading reviews on your site others also feel the need to warn folks this guy has limited skills. This was the first place that showed up on Google when I searched for laptop repair and he had good reviews. I went to the shop and spoke to Dominic that the laptop didnt hold a charge. I had taken off the back cover and told Dominic what was happening. He was able to trouble shoot the problem while I stood there. He said the female end of where the charging cable goes was broken and needed to be replaced. He told me the cost of replacement was $120. I agreed and left the laptop there but that price just didnt seem right. I checked Amazon for the replacement part, I found it for $9. After looking closely at the part online, theres a pre-wired clip and 1 screw to be replaced and it would be fixed. So although I didnt know what was wrong with it until he told me, at the most it would take Dominic or a small child 15 minutes to replace this part. That means Dominic was charging me $110 per hour to repair this small problem! If Dominic works 40 hours a week, at that rate he would make over $225,000 a year. Some Doctors dont make that! Of course he isnt working 40 hours a week because its a small shop so Im sure he plays a lot of Family Feud online or gets his manscaping just right. Im sure he has to charge more to offset his down time but his pricing is really high to say the least. I was so freaked out I called the shop and spoke to Dominic about the price and he said basically thats the cost of labor. Ridiculous! If you need a major repair, bring your paycheck as Dominic will charge you more than your PC is worth to fix it. What a disappointment. UPDATE: Turns out that the above wasnt my problem at all. Dominic said it could be a circuit but I dont want to take out a second mortgage for him to work on solving it. Go somewhere else. UPDATE 2: My plug doesn’t fit the new part he put in, Jesus. Go somewhere else.

I was in despair thinking my hard drive was done for, but I took my laptop to Cleveland Heights PC and not only did they fix it, they did a job Best Buy once charged me $250 and took two weeks to do in four hours and charged more than a hundred dollars less. I would heartily recommend Cleveland Heights PC to anyone who needs a job done. Good, quick, work at reasonable prices.

I would not take my computer anywhere else. He offers free diagnostics, which in some places can cost you more than the repair. Hes personable, reliable and timely. Very helpful and takes the time to explain everything.

Had a problem that wouldnt go away after replacing the power supply, graphics card and motherboard. Dominic figured out the power supply that I received on warranty was broken as well. This is after months of trying to figure it out and taking it to micro center, who thought it was the graphics card and nothing else. Great customer service and very quick ( I got it back the very next day).

I purchased a replacement HD for my primary computer (to speed things up) from Amazon, along with their expert installation service. They failed to provide that service. I found Dominic and his 4+ star reviews online and called him. He was very accommodating. He received the computer and the new HD late in the afternoon, quoted a very reasonable price (which included a few nice add-ins!), and told me it would be ready at noon the following day. Showed up at noon. . . Dominic did exactly what was promised, under a time crunch that I imposed, and explained things thoroughly. Let me begin by saying that Im a pretty seasoned computer person. When building my latest computer, I had troubles powering it on. So, I took it to Cleveland Heights PC, and viola. The problem was discovered to be a faulty power supply.I replaced the power supply, and Im currently writing this review on my newly built computer.Thanks!

I thought Id have to take my computer out & shoot it, it was so badly infected by a virus. In just a few hours Domenic got it working better than new. He is not only a wonderful repair person, but a really nice guy.

My PC stopped working a few weeks ago, and I couldnt figure out why. I know the basic troubleshooting, but after trying everything I knew to do (several times), I was stumped. So based on the good reviews here, I dropped it off at Cleveland Heights PC, and got a call before Id even finished driving home that I had a bad processor. It was a little embarrassing, honestly. Like, for weeks Ive been trying to not even fix it, but just figure out what was broken, and it took him about 20 minutes. Anyway he was right, I replaced the CPU two nights ago and Im using my now working PC to leave this review. Ill definitely be returning if I need more repairs.

I called to ask if they could build a Ryzen Hackintosh. I needed to know if they were capable of working out all the software compatibility issues after build. They were flat out rude. He said do you have a job for me to do or not. I dont think this person had even heard of Ryzen or knew what a Hackintosh was. I would buy a toaster from this business.
