Saw the owner screaming and swearing at an older couple outside his store last weekend for no apparent reason. They had the sense to get in their car and leave without talking to the guy. I wouldnt go near this nut job.

I love this old guy, he is rough and tough, but I can get him to laugh and smile! He knows how to fish and knows his stuff, give the old guy a break!

I went here last year and had a bad experience. I gave the benefit of the doubt and went back this year. Same result.As soon as I walked in the older gentlemen apparently thought it would be fun to bust chops. Almost like he wouldnt know what to do with himself if he didnt. No big deal. I understand...probably is from an insecurity he has. However, in both incidents i had my children with me. I could see my children wondered why this older man was so disrespectful to their father. I my self at least wondered why he showed such horrible discernment. This gentlemen made what was supposed to be a fun time with my children to a very uncomfortable time. I wish this man well and pray Im not that bitter when i am his age.

There was a covering employee there by himself and he was very helpful with our bait needs.

Nice guy. I think he has bad dementia so you gotta cut him a little slack.

I experienced the same rudeness and belittling, I think what works is Your supposed to say “shut up old man, you’ve got one or two summers left to walk this earth, use your time wisely” . It puts you on a common ground of communication.

Opens at seven and was their at 9 and he still wasn’t open
