Very fast service. Kids broke a window moving their bed around. We had new glass in our window pane within a couple hours of calling at a very good price. Owner was very kind and helpful

Dropped off a window sash on August 24 to have the glass repaired. Since then, I have left numerous messages about the window and have yet to receive a response. Ive never left a Google review before, but maybe this will get their attention.

Unprofessional... first I waited a month for the glass to my window and then the man that installed it was rude to my elderly grandmother and gave her a threat to relay to me...” if I’m not paid for this window in a week I’ll be back to get it” excuse me??? When we first arranged the service he knew he’d be billing me for insurance purposes... make it make sense???
