Leanna and Amber are such amazing people, they are very creative and personable. Our family has redone out kitchen and a bran new bathroom, we couldn’t be happier. I recommend checking in to kitchen and bath inspirations for any new project!

We have used Kitchen & Bath Inspirations for years with both our previous and current homes. Amber has been so helpful and makes each project absolutely seamless. Terrible service. We ordered our countertops through them to ensure we would not have any issues, because she stated they would come out and measure and they will install. So we went through them because she made it seem like we would be well taken care of. (its also a local small business) We informed her of the countertop we wanted, so she said she would have someone come out and measure the areas we needed. A man came out to measure and said it would be a couple weeks and he would do removal and haul away and install for $350. They came to do the job, we had already removed part of the counter for them but let the breakfast bar for them to remove (because thats what we are paying extra for). They had issues removing the breakfast bar, they had to chip away at the laminate on top to remove it. After they removed it they realized they did not make the countertop right and would have to come back to install it another day. So we waited 2 more days for this countertop and we get a phone call from the owners of the people who made the countertops, Heartland Oaks out of Eldridge, Iowa, and this lady was extremely rude and stated since the removal was more difficult than they thought it would be she was charging us an additional $75!! We called Kitchen & Bath Inspiration and informed them of this issue and how we were unhappy and all she said was Im sorry and you should fight that. Isnt that why we went through Kitchen & Bath Inspirations so we wouldnt have to deal with this?! So we called Heartland Oaks and informed her we were unhappy with the extra cost, reminding her we already had removed the previous counter ourselves they just removed the breakfast bar, how is she charging an additional $75 for one counter that literally took them 15 minutes to remove. She never said sorry, just argued with us on the phone. EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional! Kitchen & Bath Inspirations never had our back or even tried to help us, we shouldve never had to deal with Heartland Oaks, it should of all been dealt with Kitchen & Bath. But once we had our countertops ordered they never called us to check on ANYTHING, not how the measuring went, not if the install went well, or even how it looked. So my question is, why even go through them? Just go through a company that makes the countertop themselves, Kitchen & Bath Inspirations is just a middle man that does nothing to help or follow through with you.
