I too had trouble with the corporate customer service. They were very rude and unreasonable. Melissa, the manager at the Clinton office, stepped in and made everything right. She was amazing!!!!

Terrible service. When we originally discussed the cost associated with getting a cpap, I was told it would cost $311.60, insurance would pay 100% after that (i can buy one full price for almost $700 online). After discussing with my husband, I agreed to those terms. After 2 months, I found out they were trying to take out a $50 rental fee every month that I Apria not agree to. Luckily, the insurance medical card I gave them to pay the original $311.60 was having issues...insurance companys (another story)and Apria didnt receive their money. I did not agree to a rental fee, I did not sign anything regarding a rental fee. I ended up returning the machine with the agreement they would waive the rental fees and yet, and yet still got a noticification that my card blocked them from making another withdrawal. Apria still trying to get their money of the card that I didnt agree for them to take additional money off of. Thats trying to steal and that is fraud.

Horrible customer service, constantly reducing service levels, no way to contact the local office, all calls routed to a call center that know nothing about what is going on at the local office. Hasnt billed medicare in over one year so we now are getting rejection letters from medicare because Apria hasnt submitted the necessary paperwork for bills to go through.
