We ordered a water filtration system from Culligan in Clute TX. However, they are not able to install for 2 weeks. Because of us having no filtered water, Susan Harper and Carrol Burt helped us out and gave us some bottled water to drink/use until the filtration system is installed. Very helpful and we appreciate you. Great Job!!!!

We recently started our water service with Culligan of Brazosport out of Clute, TX a few months back. We have only been met with professionalism and the willingness to help. Carol is extremely helpful and delight to work with even after a major storm had rolled through the area. There office was out of power, but that did not stop her from making sure our crew had the water they needed.

I had a unique experience with Culligan. A salesperson from Houston sold us a full system and install. After installation, our salesperson no longer works for Culligan. Our account was handed to Culligan in Clute. The install wasn’t done correctly as they put the shut off valve for water above the faucet. The faucet had no pressure because of other issues with the install. Customer service and the installer came out and hooked our system up to properly work as soon as they were able.I can now clean my driveway with the hose without a broom! I can water grass in minutes over hours of just letting the hose sit and soak the ground and keep moving the hose. It took 4 hours to water a 15x5 area of new grass needing water almost every day.All fixed and system is great!Clute Culligan is awesome with customer service and fixing issues!

Ive finally gotten Culligans in Clute to both of my work offices & Im almost done witlh overpriced, overdelivered, chg you for every call Ready Fresh. They over priced themselves out of 2 accts ! & getting a HUMAN on the ph well you know & they chg $5 for it. Ive dealt with Carrol Burt & have had the smoothest transition & only dlv bottles needed. Pleasure

Homero was very professional. He came out for both the site survey and the installation. He was very focused on his work and did an excellent job communicating with me through the process and completing the work the way I wanted. Would gladly recommend.

LOVE coming to get my water from Culligans!! I usually have 3 or 4 five gallon jugs to fill so go inside to do it. The staff is really friendly and helpful!!

Ive been pacing orders for delivery from Culligan for a little over a year. Richard has been my delivery driver the entire time and he is the best! He responds back very quickly and gets my water delivered always within 24 hours! He is friendly and always has a positive attitude. My order is always correct and arrives in good condition. I was only using the outdoor jug filling facility, but they were nice to break my $5 bill into ones so it could be fed to machine. Good water, also.

Updat05/13/2021 Update: They lost the automatic payment information, and havent serviced the unit since January. The sad thing is that I couldnt even tell the difference because even though we got stuck with over $7k, the quality of the water us the same. I just got an email today about the past due. The office in Lake Jackson have an attitude even just answering the phone. I left a message for Brent, the general manager in his Houston office.Update: We got an appointment with a tech the next day after the review. I was told they would try to solve the problems, but returning the product is not option. 10/10/20We installed it 2 years ago, and were relatively ok with it. We also contracted their monthly service plan -which we pay monthly, but they want to come and check every 3 months. We had other problems related to admnistration paperwork. It finally got worked out 3 months ago. However, the water still smells and leaves white residue. About a month ago or two, they upped the regenerating process closer together, and the backwash water is killing the grass now. I asked for and appointment, and they gave it to us for Oct. 1, 2 and half weeks after, and they didnt show up. I have been calling the office and they say they will get the tech to call us, but no call. They did say if the grass was dying because of their system, they would fix it. However, I cant get them here, so I am sure they wont keep their word. Called again today and got answering service. They will email their main office.

Every month they skip my delivery. I have to call them and ask them when I am getting my water and they tell me I will be getting water the following month. I literally run out of water every month because I never receive my delivery and have to continually call them. I feel like the office does not communicate with their drivers at all
