I was referred to Anthony by someone that I work with to see what he could get me into with low money down, no trade in, and low credit. Anthony and the finance manager, Patrick, helped me get into a 2017 Nissan Altima for less than $400 a month.! Anthony helped make the car buying process a breeze and Patrick made closing the deal quick and convenient. Both of these guys displayed excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

I had been searching for quite a while for a new car after mine was totaled. Malcolm Robinson did a great job in helping me to achieve my goal. I wasnt too picky but he helped me get the right car. They were very nice, but on our ride home my wife discovered the air conditioning didn’t work. They needed to move the condensing unit to get to the part they replaced. Will call them tomorrow to see what the issue could be. Bad part is they are an hour and a half away.

I was going through my paperwork and wanted to update my review. i worked with Jason last week to get a stinger scorpion and i’m glad i did so! he was a great guy and he helped me get a really good deal on an amazing car. i was able to leave with the car i wanted and the price i wanted even given the chip shortage. he even gave me some pizza while i was waiting lol. they also threw in free oil changes for life. i highly recommend this place and specifically Jason if you’re in the area they were able to get me a pretty good deal.

Ask questions before heading there. There are current market adjustment price increases, which I would do to in this market as well, but they do not disclose online or over the phone. After driving over an hr to make a deal I found the price $5k more than the online price. Had backs turned to me when conversing with sales manager. Marvin was great and very knowledgeable, but use caution when it comes to the advertised price vs. What you will be asked to pay.Needless to say I am not driving a Kia yet, but soon. No market adjustments at the other dealership I visited, but to each their own I guess. Good luck Coastsville!

We were looking specifically for a manual transmission (which are pretty hard to find nowadays) which they found for us in a short amount of time at a sister location. Angelo Popovsky and Eddy worked with us on trading in our current vehicle with horrible payments and got us to a better than we were expecting payment and interest rate. After contacting 3 local Kia stores and even corporate headquarters, I got a lot of nothing! One of the not-so-helpful Kia stores only 4 miles from my then location, suggested I not drive the vehicle at all; however, they couldnt look at it for 3 weeks...what I was supposed to drive for those 3 weeks...well, that was my concern. 🤔💡Thankfully, I thought of Richard Deleons prior assurances and courteous service, if you ever need anything, just let us know.I called, left a message, and within an hour, Richard returned my call.I, half-crying and speaking at minimally 25 words a second, explained my ordeal and situation. With his typical calm, he told meto have my Kia towed (whom I have affectionately named T. Espresso) to Coatesville and that hed handle the rest!He even arranged for me to get a rental car while mine was being evaluated.Happily and not surprisingly, I picked up my vehicle just two days later and have had no issues since.This level of service is unparalleled and exceeds that of other Kia stores, and fitsthe bold new journey of inspiration that Kia President and CEO Ho Sung Song has described in the new Kia brand relaunching.Well done!Thank you Richard Deleon and Kia of Coatesville.

UPDATE: I called the dealership per their response to my initial comments. I was immediately forwarded to Jacob Sipalas voicemail and havent heard back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Still waiting on my deposit refund....Placed an order for a Kia Telluride in early February 2021 (with a deposit to hold the car) and the dealership sold it to someone else a few days ago. Had to drive over one hour (during my work shift) to the dealership to get an answer out of Jacob (Sales Manager) as no one had the decency to confirm this information over the phone. Jacob acted like he knew nothing about this and it was like pulling teeth to get an apology out of anyone. Dealership will ignore your calls and will forward you to voicemail (Jacob and Kelly Lord) to avoid the situation and will never call you back. I wonder if I would have received my deposit back if I didnt drive down to the dealership?!? Worst Customer Service and car buying experience of my life as I would give zero starts if I could. Very fortunate to have wasted over three months of my life and need to start this process all over again with a dealership who actually care about their customers. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere as this facility is very shady and full of dishonest people who dont care about their paying customers who keep the lights on....

We called the dealership to express interest in test driving a Telluride, but were informed they had none. Two weeks later they called us to say they had one on the lot, and we made an appointment to come in for a test drive. Drove 45 minutes to dealership. Long story short, after we made it clear we were not ready to purchase the vehicle that night, they told us they would only allow us to sit in a used Telluride and only drive it around the building. Our friends who were also in the market for a new SUV were with us at the time. So the dealership basically turned away two customers that night. I get it, the Telluride is in demand, but thats no reason to offend potential customers.

Sales person was good, but manager/finance person was mediocre. Previous vehicle was still registered to me even after 7 months. Dealer dropped the ball and and wasted hours of my time. Car was dropped off at another dealer and they washed their hands of it even though they never grounded it meaning I was still responsible for it.

Be very wary buying with this dealership! While the cars are very good, this dealership includes lots of unnecessary costs in the final price, they are also not up front about financing options or costs. My main gripe is that I at first decided I wanted the warranty and gap coverage but then realized I didnt need either. I started trying to get both canceled within five days of buying the car, I sent them the paperwork they asked for and four months later the dealership is not returning my calls, has not processed the cancellation, and continues to be evasive.

I have a 2013 Kia Optima. I was on my way to FL from Bucks Co. PA when my check engine light came on just around noon on Saturday. I tried calling the nearest Kia dealer but got no answer from serivce dept. I located Kia of Coatesville and pulled in. I was directed to Barb Brown in the service dept who was AWESOME. She was a little unsure what she could do to help since staff was stretched thin but she was compassionate to my situation and committed to have a tech at least run the codes to see if problem was serious. I had recently (March) had the engine replaced at Kia/Warrington and Jason (technician) noticed several things wrong with the installation that he fixed. However, those changes did not clear the code (Fuel pressure too low). Barb and Jason advised me to take vehicle back to dealer who did install to evaluate. Big THANK YOU to Barb and Jason for taking the time to help and providing me with good information that I canceled my trip and avoided certain disaster.

I have never waited long for my service appointments and they take the time to explain the work that was done or anything needed. The people here were nice over all but Im extremely dissatisfied with their service. I went in to go get a car that’s quite hard to find, and I put a hold on it for $500 so that they would keep it to get it checked out by their mechanic. The day after, I found out the car had a transmission issue so they couldn’t sell it to me. It has been over a week now and it’s been a huge issue getting my money back. $500 is a lot, especially since I’m only 18 and that’s equivalent to a whole bi-weekly paycheck for me. I got it back but it was such a hassle, as if they wanted me to just forget about it so they could keep the money. Not thrilled.

Do not buy their warranty. It doesn’t cover anything when the time comes to need it. You are better off saving the thousands it costs. The service department is also very inconvenient when they schedule maintenance. I regret buying my 2018 Kia Sorento here.

Horrible service. Finance manager tried to rob us with over $6,000 for top of sticker (Microbe Repel) fee and Theft guard service. First they gave us the $2000 less trade value for our car. We had to show the KBB report for trade value of our car. They then considered close to accurate value for our car. Sales rep literally walked away after we caught them for stealing from us. Be sure to make sure there’s no fraud or scam going on with your information before letting them submit to a bank. They will do anything they can to make a sale then come back over a month later under their own mistakes and rip the car from underneath of you. Highly wouldn’t recommend this dealership!
