Great for new customers. Once you are a costumer there is hardly any assistance and no phone deals. However the service is good and affordable

The service was impeccable. I am a bus driver and therefor every minute counts... Thr young woman who helped me made the switch as smooth ad possible at an amazing pace. She explained the deals and gave her honest opinion instead of only being concerned with her commission. I ended up with a brand new on the market LG phone that normally runs at over $300 for $29! Not only that, i also got a portable power bank, really nice case with screen protector, AND a 8GB memory card for $30, normally i would have dropped at LEAST 70-80 more $$$. Shr had my old number from another service transferred, my phone set up, my payment processed, and was out the door in under 15 min. My 2 yr old toddler was very hyper and her patience nor concentration ever wavered. I am so impressed with both the customer service and the fair prices Cricket offers on both phones and monthly plans.

Honestly, I have left cricket before n I literally stay with cricket because of this store. I can not say enough for the ppl who work there. They are very knowledgeable on phones in general and go out of their way to help. I was with a company a Ross the street and could not deal with the employee and had to go ba k I will not switch again...thank you guys youre the best.
