Just driven across U.S. needed oil change. Midas in Cocoa Fl. did a great job. They were ready for me at my appointed time and finished quickly to get me back on the road. Great service and awesome customer service. Thank You Melanie at Midas Cocoa Fl.

When I got the car back it was almost a quart low on oil. It was at the Add Oil mark. I didnt need the Free Tire Rotation as I was about to have the tires changed. I didnt get any kind of Free Inspection and would have liked to have known the condition of my brakes and front end parts. Asked the tech to grease the fittings but dont really have confidence that that was done. It wasnt noted on paperwork. Had a coupon for $18.99 and my final bill was $24.59 overall I was not impressed and doubt I would ever return.

Came in for a simple brake check and they were so helpful they even took a look at the sound coming from my car and told me what it was and the price which was way cheaper then every other mechanic I’ve called from Alabama to Orlando and all around cocoa I will be letting them fix my noise they we’re so kind and understanding and the Front desk lady was the sweetest made me very comfortable see you guys soon

This was my first visit to this Midas for service. Melanie was great at the service desk and Matt was exceptional with the oil change and inspection on a very challenging vehicle. Love the texted digital vehicle inspection report and pictures. Great job all around, thank you!

The counter staff and mechanic are welcoming and make you feel valued when you walk in the door. We need more of this in America. Great job Midas Team on cordiality. The two stars are for the friendly staff. Now the hard part. Services are well overpriced; about 2.2 times what a dealership offers. I chose Midas because the dealership was booked this weekend and paid a premium for 3 simple services. The brake pads, break flush and oil change equaled well over. $1,000 after discounts. The quote I already had from the dealership was about 1/2 the cost. When I challanged the front counter staff with his information. She said, Oh well. You would think that after spending $1,000 the oil change would be free. If you are one of my over 2 million followers, my recommendation is to avoid this place like the plague. It is a business that will nickel and dime you for every penny. Unless it is a warranty item, I wont be returning.

They did the diagnostic on my car they were very concerned and very considerate very nice people that work there

I have a new go-to garage.Friendly, competent staff went above and beyond. My rather aged vehicle was running rough then wouldnt start. They called this morning to say it started right up for them, but they listened while I described what had happened and made the effort to track down the source of the problem. It turned out to be a small but messy problem that took all day to clean up and put right. While we were about it, I had another worn part replaced before it gave out, too. Now I have a much smoother ride, and its quieter than its been since I bought it secondhand!

I just went in for an oil change so that was simple enough but the customer service was wonderful. The lady at the front made the simple effort to wish me luck on my midterm and was really encouraging, which I thought was a wholesome gesture that should be pointed out. The service was also quick and affordable!

Very professional and told me repair would be 30 minutes and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. A few months ago I was at this store for oil change, new brakes and 4 new tires the work was done in a timely manner and the crew there was great. Thank you for the awesome service.

Awesome! The Manager (Never got name) was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable and the work to repair my muffler was quick! Cannot say enough about the Manager and her great attitude... especially when I found out she drives from West Palm every day! I will bring them my business from now on!

Had seen this place many times going down the road and decided I needed to put tires on my work van. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, I work was done quickly and cleanly and I was very satisfied with the staff that works there. And yes I will be bringing all my vehicles to Midas from now on.

I was hesitant at first because I usually use the midas on Merritt Island. Ive driven past it a few times and its not usually busy. Now I have gathered maybe this is a good thing for the consumer because theyre not rushing and take the time to be thorough and check things out. They send a neat link for your cars health and recommendations theyve made straight to your phone.

My Husband needed his oil changed and tires rotated. I called them on a Saturday and was told to bring it right in. They provided quick professional service. They didnt try to pressure us into getting any other items completed. Just what we came in for plus offered to give us a quote on tires when my husband stated that we would be needing some soon. Upon investigation, we discovered their quote is several hundred dollars cheaper then other local places. We will definitely be returning there to get the tires done and for other needed car repairs.

A good way to subject legitimacy in American value is if this company is, then, upon a large incorporated business vote value reflecting represented by employees that buy and requested(company)them to buy multiple vehicles in each state that are subject to specific maintenance and review corpratly with what modifications to each location is required to maintain the company logo, specifically companies representing your logo should be tested and ran regularly. Like quarterly : the mechanical comprehension on my experience at this location is exceptional.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic that will go to the ends of the earth to make sure your car is fixed right, look no further! I had the misfortune of having my clutch and transmission go on 95. I pulled off the road and called AAA. They gave me a couple of shops I didnt know and Midas...Well, Midas was a name I had known since childhood (Im old now...) so I figured I couldnt go wrong. Man was I right!!! The world being what it is, things may not have gone exactly the way I wanted them to, but Reina, the office Manager, was AWESOME! I had the opportunity to spend some time with the good folks at Midas of Cocoa, and I want to tell you, there are none better. Thanks Justin the Grade A Mechanic, Ron the Owner, and especially Reina. They ALL went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect!

They didn’t make me feel like if I didn’t do everything they saw on the inspection or I would die in a fiery crash on my way home. I heard a noise and felt vibrations. They looked for those issues as well as a thorough inspection of my truck. They didn’t try to sell me something like “blinker fluid,” but only what I needed to be safe. Because of the kindness and honesty of these gentleman at this Midas, I will continue to use them for all of my maintenance needs from now on. Thank you, you’ve made a loyal customer and friend in me!

They were quick. When I got in my car I realized everything that was in my glovebox was all over the seat. I’m sure it was an accident but it would have been nice if they would have let me know there was an accident. They also tried to tell me I needed a new filter. They showed me the filter, it looked fine to me and it was changed recently so I declined to have it replaced.

All the guys here are amazing, especially the owner Ron! They helped us the whole way through the financing process and did their best to find us a great deal and reasonable price. While waiting you can make coffee, or have bottled water while watching TV in A/C! I would definitely recommend this place, not just for price but for their professionalism! They are all very knowledgeable and nice. You also get some really great warranties to back their products up. I will always choose Midas from now on.

What i want from an auto repair shop is good quality service, a fair price, and I dont want to spend all day waiting. They were all of that and more. In addition to what i mentioned, the staff was friendly and they didnt try to pressure sell me. Will definitely go back.

I was greeted by Johnny over the phone ahead of my arrival. He was very courteous and professional. He was also very accommodating of fitting in my last minute oil change before the shop’s closing hours. While waiting for my oil change to be completed, I was kept in Jim’s company and let me tell you, his stories should be scripted and made into a Netflix series. Make sure to ask for these gentlemen because they’ll treat you like family. Overall great service!

My cars brakes have made the car dangerous to drive for a few weeks, but I work remote and we have a car my husband can use so I was saving the money to get it fixed. On Saturday, my daughters car broke down so I knew I needed to get my brakes fixed immediately (her issue is the engine and will be thousands).Not only did Midas tell me to come on in at 1:30 on a Saturday, but they had my car inspected within 30 minutes and said that they could get it fixed the same day, even though they close at 4:00 pm. Everyone there was super professional and I didn’t feel like I was getting screwed over. I watched how they interacted with the other couple there, and they are just super respectful great guys. My brake caliper screws fell off while driving and had vehicle towed to nearest Midas since Ive done business with them in other states. The manager John treated me with respect knowing I lived 3 hours away. They could have over charged but didnt. I highly recommend 👌 them again especially because of John and his staff.

I needed an oil change last week and stopped in at Midas. Everyone was super nice, helpful, and really knew their stuff! They got me in and out really quick! Their prices were also reasonable.... Definitely the only place Ill be going from here on with any future maintenance or repair needs!

Very nice and courteous guys. They took their time and I believe did the work properly. Very informative and actually showed me the problems with the rotors and brakes.

I had the $49.95 synthetic oil change and expected add on fees. Jim said everything he checked on my car was in good condition, and my bill had only tax added. Plus they were all very nice people.

First time using them, and my experience was great. Only been a day since I had the work done, but so far, so good.

They checked everything on my car and recommended what still needed service. Even showed pictures on service needed. I have never had such a thorough oil change ever 🙄. Very happy with everything.

I recently brought my 2005 Acura in to get an oil change and the two men there were very nice and helpful. The oil change went very well but a few other problems came up that were a little more serious. These guys went above and beyond out of their way to get those problems fixed. I am 70 yrs. old on a very low SS so I am very thankful for their help and concern.

Today I got a screw in my tire and I pulled into this store. A couple of guys were still in the shop yet the store was closed. These guys fixed my tire, pulled it and checked the rest of the tires all free of charge, even though technically they were closed! How awesome is this!! Thank you Midas of Cocoa!!!!

AAA++++ business.... I work in the service industry so, I can understand the importance of valuing your customer. I experienced a blown tire (out of nowhere), at the worst time one could ever imagine (during the COVID-19 shut down). There were not many reputable tire Companies that were open and operating for business. I was contacted by a Rep from Midas after AAA customer service contacted them. The owner opened the store to allow a service rep to meet me there to assist with my issue. My service rep Bill was professional, knowledgeable and very eager to assist me. I will certainly come back to Midas for my are service in the future.

Midas in Cocoa, Florida is the best care service center on the Central East Coast of Florida! I have serviced my car at a few different service centers in Brevard county, I can say the team at Midas is highly knowledgeable about their service options and greatly educated in automotive repair! Johnny and Juan were all around the best with my customer service experience I have had. I had made an appointment for several different issues my Cadillac SRX was having I.e., check engine light, nails in my tires, a headlight malfunction, oil change and a few other. Apomorphine my arrival, Johnny called my name as I walked in the door, he was eager to discuss my automotive service options and with an open ear, hear all of my concerns about the services I had requested online. Juan was prompt and efficient in the actual service of my vehicle. He was thoroughly efficient in he assessments of my SRX from bumper to bumper. As he explained my options for his diagnosis he was informative with detail and highly knowledgeable. He was patient with me as a customer and he took extra time to show me what he was talking about with each problem. I have to say Johnny and Juan are the ideal automotive service technicians and I’m a new loyal customer after only one visit! I appreciative of the experience. All in All, what I thought was possibly going to be a very expensive service visit to Midas turned out to be very inexpensive and highly accurate for my vehicle. Let me just say they did not try to sell me anything I did not need and Offered great solutions to my vehicles issues. I will be going back in the future and you should too. My 2018 Silverado was making a weird noise from the rear passenger side tire after the traction control kicked in on my way to Cocoa Beach, sounded like the brake was engaged. I stopped in to this shop, the man behind the counter was very polite, the mechanic had my truck in the bay in a flash. These guys actually have a tool that takes pictures of what they are doing that sends you the photos and a report directly to your phone before any work is done. These guys identified the issue, showed me the issue and fixed it in no time at all. They didnt try to sell me anything beyond what I needed and even re-attached the rubber thing under my front bumper without being asked and didnt charge me for that. I tend to have new vehicles that dont need repair, but if I ever do need any repairs Ill definitely get my vehicle down to this shop so they can have first shot at it.
