Todd is great owner, been doing business with him since beginning
I have bought lawn equipment from Todd and I can’t tell you how helpful he has been or the team. Wether I need new blades or a new mower Todd is always ready to help. I wouldn’t buy from another dealer, he has the best pricing and willing to work with the client.
I stopped in yesterday to replace a part for my power washer but what they did was it suggested they fix it at a very low cost and they did it within 30 minutes I cannot tell you as a busy business owner how incredible that service was when I came back to pick it up I saw some elderly folks looking to get their mower blades sharpened they did them on the spot while they waited this is an incredible place I could not be happierI highly recommend them
Great product availability. Assembled on site. I would have given 5 stars but I had to adjust the throttle mechanism when I got home so the choke worked. They didnt habe it far enough forward when they assembled it. I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option. I bought a $1000 self propelled mower locally, looking for that stellar expert assembly. All in all it was great and I would buy again from them.
Todd and Bill is awesome people really like this place .
Best place in town for parts and service.
Great and prices were reasonable. Got the part I needed . They had it in stock.
Rough around the edges. Needs edging. Condescending about mowers! C’mon man!
Great service and always has the parts that I need
Todd and his team are always focused on customer service!!!
Prompt service, courteous staff, knowledgeable and helpful great experience
Have parts and helpful.
The spot for any lawn care equipment needs staff is so professional and warm welcoming competitive prices and equipment diagnostics are spot on they care more about the customer than making money Cocos lucky to have rev cut
The business is very clean. The staff is very knowledge. The prices are fair definitely going back again.
Always have what I need and good service
I was a customer of Rev Cut Mower in Cocoa for many years. It was normal for my mower to be there for long periods of time while getting repaired. It was also normal for me to get a loaner from them while mine was being repaired. The second to last time I took the mower in, they said it was the engine and that it needed to be replaced. Once the mower was back home, it kept turning off while using it only a few days after picking it up. I contacted a repair guy that did house calls. When taking the mower apart, this ‘new’ engine Rev Cut supposedly replaced was completely used rusted pos. We took it back to Rev Cut so they could fix it correctly. They gave me some bs story as to what they replaced claiming when they CALLED me to discuss this $1500 repair and that they were doing something other than what I apparently understood. At this time, I got a loaner from them like he had MANY times before. A couple of weeks ago, I start receiving multiple texts and calls from friends sending me a screen shot that was circulating FB with my picture and name being called a scumbag and a thief and asking anyone who knew me to let them know where I was because I had stolen the loaner and was nowhere to be found.1. They had my phone number which had not changed. The same phone they have been calling me on for years when my mower was in the shop. There were no calls or messages from Rev Cut at any point.2. They had my email. No emails from them.3. They had my address where no one had showed up as they stated they had in their post.4. They had my CC on file where they could have charged had it actually been stolen. I immediately contacted them to ask them what was going on with this insane post all over FB and why they had not just called me as they always have. I returned the loaner immediately and picked mine up. When I went to exchange the mowers, Tyler continued to accuse me of trying to keep the loaner and thought this justified him blasting my photo with a post full of lies all over FB. Tyler Sonnenberg at Rev Cut is an unprofessional, shady, scumbag who had several of his employees and even other customers posting my face all over FB accusing me of stealing a loaner. And the worst part about all of this, after paying Rev Cut $1500+ to fix the mower, IT STILL ISN’T FIXED! So who are the real thieves?? I didn’t get any refund nor an apology for using social media to spread lies about a long time customer. Needless to say, I will never use Rev Cut again. You don’t deserve even the one star.
As a Tree company owner and operator I depend on Rev-Cut to provide top quality service and the tools I need at competitive prices. They have never failed to deliver for me, the Rev-Cut team is outstanding.
If you have lawn needs here is the place to go.
Great place for your mower/yard work or lawn business needs. Tyler was super friendky and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend shopping here.
What can I say. About this place. Top notch service . customers come first . 23 years of service in this county. And I have gone there from beginning. Todd and rick and rest of family stop to help at any time. They have a open house this month also. Great place
Just wanted to say Todd and Bill run the best lawn mower shop there isnt enough stars to give them they are the best.
I have an old Snapper riding mower. I needed a gas tank, blades, fuel line ect. They were able to locate and order my parts. The man that helped me was very diligent in finding my gas tank specifically for this ancient thing.Everyone was very helpful. I will consider purchasing my next rider from them as well.I highly recommend this business for all your outside maintenance needs. They also provide service options.
In and out painless service. Mike was great in telling me about some things I wasnt familiar with.
Great shop. Been a customer for years and theyve been there a long time. They service equipment for a lot of professionals. So I no thew are good. I can always get the parts I need. Fair prices. Helpful staff. They keep good records of your order history. So reordering parts in the future is easy. I rarely go anywhere else.
The best place for mower repair and to purchase lawn equipment
Love working here. Great place.
Not impressed at all
They were great. We are in a pending hurricane emergency and they are doing everything they to make sure everyone gets their generators working. I brought my generator in Wed. afternoon and it was really for pickup Thursday afternoon and I have never been in their shop but will be back. Thank you so much.
Ive been dealing with Rev Cut for years now. They service all my equipment annually and I have never had an issue. Well been a while since I posted and gave them a 5 star rating. Now I cannot give them 0 stars because google doesnt have 0. I dont know what has changed but they have definitely gone down hill in a bad way. The last time I took a piece of equipment in for service they said it would only take 2 weeks. Nothing wrong with it, just general tuneup. It took 4 weeks. Currently they have my riding mower that I took to them on March 8th. It is May 4. Its going on 9 weeks. They didnt even look at it till 6 and a half weeks. Now 2 weeks later they claim they are waiting on a part. For 2 weeks. Nothing in this country takes 2 weeks. I found the part on Amazon and could have had it overnight. I was patient and understanding up to the 8 week mark. My patients wore out at the beginning of the 8th week. And Im still getting the same ole were waiting on a part BS. If I ever get my mower back, they wont ever get another piece of my equipment ever again. Especially since I am having to push mow (an acre) my property because I dont have my riding mower.
Excellent service and reasonable pricing on repairs customer service is A one
Been waiting 2 weeks now for them to fix our mower! When we call to find out what’s going on with it they keep saying they are “working on it today”. If you want your mower fixed any time soon don’t take it to this place!!!’
Usually get everything you need. However this time not so,I bought a seal, lost it. Went back to get another but said they couldnt find the right one so I would have to buy two.
Awesome people
Brought and echo edger pe 225 to get fix. After talking to them they said it will be done in one week. I asked how they determined the price to fix the problem and the guy said if it is over 100 dollars they will call. 3 weeks later still no call and they didn’t even have my edger on the work order yet. I called and they said they will get it done in 1 day. 3 days later i finally got a call saying the edger is fixed. Came in and they gave me the bill which is 135.15 ( brand new one with warranty is 229). I asked why they didn’t call me because it was over 100 dollars and they said it was close to 100 dollars so they just decided to fix it. This is a bunch of bad business practice of ripping people off. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.
Go to Rev Cut if you enjoy being lied to about equipment that you ask them to repair. Recently I dropped off a Toro lawnmower that is admittedly an older piece of equipment. It was running well the past few years and really needed no maintenance at all. I let it sit in the garage for a while and was having problems with it starting. Recently I have been doing quite a bit of work out of town. I have been spending one weekend a month at home at didn’t really want to spend part of that time fixing a lawnmower. I dropped it off on a Saturday. I told them that I was unable to get it to start and I would like them to fix it, change the oil and sharpen the blade. I also told them that if the repairs got too expensive for example more than what it would cost to buy a new mower to let me know. A week passed with no response. So I called them after nine days had passed. They told me that the lawnmower was beyond repair and had “no compression”. The following weekend I was able to make it in to the “repair shop” to pick up my useless piece of equipment. I went and purchased an $8 spark plug from Ace and this useless, no compression having, lawn mower fired back to life and managed to mow my entire lawn. Now I’m definitely no small engine mechanic, but a motor with “no compression “ probably shouldn’t be fixed by a mere spark plug. Needless to say I won’t be doing any more business with Rev Cut.
These guys are awesome and they do a good job. I order my tires for my riding mower and took a weed eater thought it had a carb problem, but the engine was done and it was only 2 years old and they did not charge me for the mechanic looking at it. They have fixed pull strings on our pressure washer and in response to the guy that said they are only open a few hours on Saturday at least they open. Great customer service and they are keeping our business.
Its a great place Bill and Todd aim to do anything and everything possible to meet your needs! Rev-Cut will go above and beyond! At a great price with OEM parts.Rev-Cut, like a Precision Factory.Especially Rick Brittian! That boy is very informative! I found every part I needed at the right price! At times they can fix my mower, tell me whats wrong with it on the phone! Which I found very helpful. Save me $$$ and time to bring it down there, when it was my error.
Always fast service and always has my part for the lawnmower
The people were very helpful and courteous
Business with no business sense. Treat employees unfairly and dont pay them a fair wage. Techs are blind leading the blind at best. Perfect case of the rich stealing from the poor. Do not go here.
Todd always takes care of his customers! From the first time I walked in his door, he has been outstanding in customer satisfaction!
Rev Cut is a great honest place with superb service. Sales, service, and tune-ups are always done quickly and professionally. Ive been going for a few years, and wont go anywhere else
I have found the prices for their merchandise and services to be very competitive to other nearby businesses. I have purchased two chainsaw products, Stihl of course, and have had my gas powered generator and chainsaws service by them and have no regrets. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If I was asked by someone where to go for lawn and yard work equipment or service on those items, hands down Rev Cut is the place to go!
Very good business and great atmosphere great people and they try to work you as best they can
Had a substitute spring for one I needed right away. Paid 3x the internet price.
They are the bestAwesome customer service
Very well organized shop. I had a lawn mower and blower service. They were finished in a week. Prices were very reasonable.
Nice people
My family has been going to Revcut for years, and will continue. Great customer service. Best shop around
Open for a whole 3 hours on Saturday? Biggest mowing day of the week, and closed. Why bother opening for 3 hours. Taking my business elsewhere. Had good experience when they were open.
Fast, neat and friendly service.. was politely ask multiple times if I needed help, by most if not, all employees. Showroom is clean and kept up.. will be visiting more.
Robert the OWNER of Rev-Cut, Inc. is nothing but a poor businessman who lacks customer service skills and liar. His agent price quoted my brother $75.00 to pick up the lawn mower for service. Upon pick-up the OWNER directly stated to me and my mother that he would price quote us first on the phone after determining the problem and before fixing the mower.Instead, the OWNER took it upon himself to allegedly fix things that did not necessarily need to be fixed without our permission or approval and without calling us with an estimate. Rather, he shows up to our home with a huge bill for $292.28 with added charges and $82.50 for a pick-up charge. Maintence work does not equal necessarily repairs, but apparently the owner doesn’t understand that or simply was aiming to rip us off since he stated upon deliver that we if did not pay he would put the mower back on his trailer. When I confronted the OWNER about the items that were allegedly fixed and the price for pick-up, he refused to honor his agent’s price quote of $75.00 because he needs the $8.00 so bad and he refused to explain why HE FAILED to call us with an estimate for approval before fixing the mower. Also, his first reaction to my complaint was not to honor his agent’s price quote, and instead he specifically said: “Don’t call my company again.” He DID NOTHING TO HONOR HIS PRICE AND HE RIPPED US OFF. His company is AWFUL!!! PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH REV-CUT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF.Also, I want to add that this Owner took advantage of my mother, who is a senior citizen. Just AWFUL on their part!!
Took 21” push mower in (8/28/18) for new pull cord, spark plug boot, new throttle cable, and sharpen blade. After 2 phone calls and 1 visit- being told I was next- made 2d visit and picked it up NOT REPAIRED (10/18/18). Going elsewhere for any services for any of my 4 mowers, 2 edgers, 2 weed wackers and 2 backpack blowers. If you want bad service this is the place to go. Also, when I asked for my mower back, the employee went into the repair area got the mower and ‘just pushed it at me’ and walked away. I am 64 yrs old, the mower is heavy and difficult to get in my vehicle alone. I don’t think they care for female customers either. I truly don’t recollect ever being treated this rudely at any business. My money will be spent elsewhere.
Excellent service. Michael helped me pick out a new Toro mower in fifteen minutes. Serviced it and filled it with gas and helped me load it into my truck! Would recommend them to anyone who needs a new mower or service.
Good people good service, parts available.
Excellent customer service !Thank you !
They do great work, reasonable prices.
These guys know the lawn mower business! Courteous service and reasonable prices.
They were excellent
Called to inquire about small weed eater engine work. The guy who answered was rude because the moment he heard what make and model I have, he cut me off with “don’t work on em.” and that was it. No explanation or suggestions. Just awkward silence, I said “ok, thank..” and he practically hung up on me. Sorry to waste your time, all 40 seconds of it..
They were very helpful and prompt on helping me they are very good people
Reasonable prices..workers very professional
Highly knowlegable (much more so than another stihl dealer near by), friendly and efficient!!
They have great service and they explain things to you
They have the parts they know their stuff and it will cost you the highest retail price anywhere

Revcut mower is the only mower shop in Brevard County, FL i will take my mowers to. Took a mower that was put in a lake down to them and it only took them a week to have it back up and running, and for a reasonable price to. Havnt had a problem sense getting it back at the begining of the month and it was UNDER water.
Been goin here for years- today we stopped in and a new/different man was working, asked him to tune up a tree saw. man told me $100.00 ->same saw brand new home depot $89.95 these guys are now thieves. dont send your employees there go yourself, they will try to rip you off. dont know if they got bought out or what. not impressed, and will NEVER take our equipment there again - Team Condo INC.
They would not give refund on 200.00 mower part I did not need
Great service. We deal with sawshops everywhere and choose to ALWAYS bring our equipment to Todd and his crew.
The BEST AROUND!!
I took in my riding mower to have coil tested first i didnt get a ticket or anything saying i dropped it of or anything.couple weeks later they call and say my mowers ready with 188.00 bill i was told it would be 37 dollers to check the mower out never called and told me what was wrong with it after going back and forth i was told there going to push my mower outside and i needed to pick it up today .very bad experience i first time there and it will be the last lied to me about wiring problems do yourself a favor dont go here
Slow on repairs. But do great work
Good place.
Best mower shop in brevard !
Open on Saturday, saved my day. Wish we had one in titusville.
A complete waste of time and fuel. Before you go in there looking for a part, make sure you bring them every possible number off of your machine, or they are zero help. Not even sure that they could find the part of I left my machine with them. Unbelievably useless.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff!
They are rude and not helpful, the young girl that answers the phone is horrible
Great customer service
Dependable and great work
Sometimes they get a little backed up and it takes a while to get your equipment back, but its always done right.
Love the knowledgeable staff
For all your mower needs
They will work with you.
