Jack was exceptionally helpful and friendly finding a place for us to park/store 3 vehicles for a month while we are in transition to our new home in Florida.

We have been renting (2) Units there for years and never had a problem until the last year. We have called many times, and gone into the front office to report major issues due to water damage from faulty roof gutters, pouring water into our unit, which has resulted into a moldy mess that has forced us to search elsewhere. Our other unit, the garage door is so damaged we can not open it. No one has replied to any calls or emails. DO NOT USE

Staff is courteous & helpful. Storage rates are great.However, the video cameras seem to go down too often & front security gate is broken.

If can give 0 stars, I would. Staff was unfriendly and unfair. They would say one thing and not stick to their word. The units are RODENT INFESTED and not maintained. I had rat POOP on and inside all my boxes and furniture. Had to throw most things away. When I informed the problem, they didn’t care and said it’s not their problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Best storage business Ive ever came across. Very clean & friendly environment, storage unit was in really good shape & clean. The staff was very helpful & the customer service is superb. I wouldnt go any where else

I have been renting for a few years with no problems. The paperwork and payment method was a breeze. The old staff was attentive and eager to solve minor problems. The new staff has not so much. Early October I mentioned to a staff member on a cart that my light was out and if I needed to make arrangements to be present to be there so that it could be changed. She took my information and said she would get back with me but never did. The end of October, I stopped in the office and asked the same. My information was taken with no follow up again. In November, I was told that the electrician would be contacted and the light would be changed. The next week, I stopped in the office again for an update both staff members told me that they had not forgotten and The manager stated he would get a ladder latter the day and change it. 2 weeks later, still no light. I’m still working off the dim light in the hall way. Both myself and my mother reached out to management and was given a song and dance about not having enough work orders to contact the electrician, not having a ladder tall enough ( although there’s a ladder in the hall way wall that is tall enough. The last week in November, spoke with management while he was on a cart smoking a cigar who said he was going to look at it now that there was 2 people on duty. He then said he didn’t know if he had a light that would fit on premises. I then contacted reached out to corporate who has yet to get back with me after leaving 2 messages. I spoke with an operator who said he would reach out to both the property manager and district manager. I even asked if it was my responsibility to change the light? I was told emphatically that it was not. I can’t understand why something so simple is such a huge problem and warrants numerous excuses and lies. I thought the periodic increases in rent should handle a changed light bulb. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I stopped in this facility last week to look at a unit for my son. Sarah was very welcoming and helpful getting me the info i needed as i have never rented a storage unit before so i did not know what i was looking for. upon going back to the office i met George very helpful and friendly guy . In the end i ended up coming back the next day with my son and renting a unit. I feel i can trust my sons belongings here at this facility. i would definitely recommend this location.

I just started renting a 10 X 20 storage unit here. So far everything has been fine. The facility has a good location, just off of FL-520. It is also very secure - 20 cameras, fenced in unit, and I see a lot of police cars patrolling the highway. George was very professional. It sounds like he has a lot of experience and will keep my possessions safe in his care.

I am from upstate New York and was looking for a place to store a enclosed 5x8 trailer for 3 months. I called several places in the Cape Canaveral area. When I called Simply Self Storage it was totally different from the other facilities I had already spoken to. I was immediately explained the options that were open and the cost of everything up front. I dealt with Lisa on the phone I believe and when I showed up Jack. They were both excellent to deal with. They made from parking the trailer to completing the paperwork a breeze. My trailer is parked for three months with no worries and I will be using the facility next year also. Thanks so much for the help.

This is very conveniently located 295 on 520 its a little older facility but its very clean and very nice.I rented a 10 x 25 unit the rate was very good compared to a few others the thing that sold me on it is that it has a light in the unit and had the availability to plug in an extension cord for a fan or radio if you were working within your unit

Courteous and accommodating. Required a short-term rental and was not committed to a 3 month minimum. Rental fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

This is not just any storage facility. The staff, especially the manager Jack, are incredibly attentive. They care about the well-being of your belongings as much as you do. I had a last minute need of a unit and was able to get one just 20 minutes to closing time. Jack made the process easy and enjoyable and really took the stress out of an otherwise annoying chore.

I am incensed. We are pulling our Motor Home out of storage in the middle of May and we are required to pay a full months rent for 13 days of use. What a rip off. Im never coming back here again and would advise others not to also. Also, overpriced for what you get. Very dirty and crowded in the outside storage area. Definitely not worth $85.00 a month.
