My wife and I went to the Coconut Creek location and we were greeted by Moe. He already had the car we initially requested to see ready on the lot. This is the first time we didn’t have to wait to test drive a car. The car was amazing and had us sold. Once we went inside the negotiations started and we were satisfied with the results. Also, the finance manager Gabriel was a joy to be around. He was funny! Moe is an amazing salesman. We are happy with our new car!
The service was pretty good. What I don’t understand why does it take 2 hours to complete a simple oil change. And as far as the “complimentary” car wash. I expect the much better. It’s not the first time this has happened, but this time it was worst! The rims has SO MUCH dirt on it. That was super dissatisfying. Just look at them. I took these photos after my car was washed. Please feel free to review your cameras. You know why this worries me? Because now whenever I need work done to my car I wonder if the job will be done properly.

I have no words to describe my experience with this dealer, lets just say that i have tried 2 other dealers in South Florida and they werent half as good as this one in customer service and providing that cherry on top of the cake. I cant leave this review without mentioning Joey Fouts who advised that my car required a brand new infiniti software update to add free car play / android auto and Fernando in sales for showing me all the great deals they have. I will not shop anywhere else.
Would not recommend this dealership. Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee and it arrived to my house with the check engine light on and the interior was filthy. Never detailed like my finance manager said it would be. The dealership did send me gift card to get the vehicle detailed, so they did make things right in the end. Just an unnecessary headache in my opinion. Customer service was great and sales contract signing through the online portal was relatively easy.
I’ve been searching for a car for months now and was starting to give up because how bad of experiences I was having. But then I found a car online at coconut creek Infiniti, emailed, within minutes got a response, got photos sent to me, got plenty of information. I scheduled a time to come meet and Fernando was in charge of my sale and appointment, he was super helpful and sweet prior to coming in and when I got there he was the same way. Super personable and friendly and was helpful and made the experience so much better! I left super happy with my car and am definitely glad it worked out and glad fernando was the one who was helping me. Even had to contact him later about a question with the car in which he was helpful again and going to follow up with his manager to help! Super happy! Go buy your next car from him!

Ive been shopping around at different car dealer shops for the past 3-4 months and when I came to this place and meet with Brighton he listened to exactly what I wanted, as far as model color and price range. I walked out with an amazing deal and exactly what I wanted including my goal for a monthly payment. They have really great customer service and are there for their customers. First time I can actually say i had an amazing experience visiting a dealer, anyone out there who can say they had a good experience of a dealer going above and beyond? Theres many people that I need to list here today starting with Fernando Pereira in Sales who was able to get me in Contact with Fernando in Service who was able to fix the Sonar issues I was having from a previous visit after Sawgrass Infiniti. They were not helpful at all and I would send my worst enemy there for an oil change but these guys at Infiniti of Coconut Creek was able to accept a walk-in and fix an issue with my hood that got reject by Sawgrass. Mike the Dealership manager was fantastic and got me in contact with Joey Fouts from the body shop team and what a standup guy and very much down to earth, he understood the problem, he tried to recreate to make sure it doesnt happen again with me or another client and they footed the bill because at this point we dont know if this happened from a previous visit at another dealer or just defect on the hinge, on top of that he also realized that the front shocks that holds the hood in place were also shot replaced them right away. I just relocated from NJ to east coast of Florida. This is my first Infiniti. I was lucky to get Moe (sales) on the phone when I called. Moe was exceptional to deal with. I never felt pressured once. I know that Moe went above and beyond to make sure I got my vehicle (just look at all the awards on his desk). I then found the need to visit the service dept. (at the cause of myself) and was lucky once again, this time to meet Anthony L. from service. Anthony as well went out of the way to satisfy a very picky customer ( I even believe the GM, assisted as well). All I can say, is so far I am very pleased with the service from this dealer, from sales to the service dept., just look at all the 5 star reviews they get. I highly recommend stopping by.
Had a great experience with the Collision Center for Infiniti of Coconut Creek. I had my car repaired there after I was rear ended in an accident and they took of everything for me from getting the claim handled through the other drivers insurance company to getting the car repaired to corresponding to me the repairs being done and when the car would be ready for pickup. I was very pleased with their service and handling of the entire transaction. Joey in the department did a good job working with me.

Went to Infiniti of Coconut Creek because I had an issue with my wheel locks. I needed to remove the lock of my wheels to get my brakes fixed. Forgot to mention that my husband was there, not me....he called me and let me know of what was going on, I immediately had a doubt.... I ended up calling the showroom. Ralph helped me with my lease buyout and was knowledgeable. However, I told Ralph that I had my own loan from the bank I wanted it from. Although Ralph asked for my application number I’m not sure what he dod with it as my financial institution called me to let me know the dealership (Gabe) indeed did NOT use my application that I came in with. Gabe was very sneaky and he has put an ill taste in my mouth regarding the way they do business. No integrity. Would NOT recommend this dealership but if you do go make sure you read and go over your paperwork thoroughly. As I came in with my own loan and they still tried to get over on me!

Anthony and Moe were extremely helpful when it came to getting me the car I was looking for. I came in looking to trade in my car for a newer used car that the dealership had. Moe called me a few minutes after I inquired online about the car and set up an appointment for me. After test driving the car I decided to buy. That’s when I met Anthony who really assisted me get to the payments I wanted. Those two really made my experience great !
I took my fx35 in to be diagnosed by them because it kept stalling out. i was told i had 2 choices. 1st to get rid of my car or it would take $8000 to throw in a used motor. they said i had a seized timing gear and low oil pressure that there so called master mechanic got involved and looked into. i almost got rid of my car but instead i towed it back to my mechanic and told them what they said. my mechanic found a corroded wires on the wire harness behind the dashboard and now it works just fine. so even if i did spend the $8000 to throw a motor in it, the problem would still not have been solved. No way in hell would i ever trust that place to do any work what so ever again.

The service department is very outstanding they have always been able to help me and my girlfriend with our needs and accommodated us with such things as a loaner cars and coffee as we wait. They serve Starbucks coffee and actually have a decent used car lot with other vehicles then Infiniti. They’re not the pushy type of dealership their focus is customer service and keeping their existing customers happy.

I worked with Fernando in the Coconut Creek, FL dealership and I would rate him 5 stars all the way. Initially I was looking at a few luxury brands but I essentially picked Infiniti because of the customer service that Fernando provided. He presented me with a great selection of cars based on the requirements I had listed with him on our initial conversation. Since I work a lot I could not make it into the dealership, Fernando sent me a list of cars to choose from and then went above and beyond by bringing my choice to my home for a test drive and to look it over. We negotiated on the phone and when it was time to sign paperwork I came into the dealership, signed paperwork with finance and was done very quickly. Fernando and the Infiniti team made this process shorter and enjoyable. I am now a loyal Infiniti fan!

I usually hate going to dealerships because they take almost all day to get a deal done and who has time for that. Fernando understood that my husband and I had dinner reservations so he had done within a few hours!Also, there were a few tweaks that needed to be done to the car before I was totally satisfied so he made sure to get it all accomplished, even days/weeks after the sale. He is loyal to his customer and always responded to my calls/texts almost immediately. Today, I stopped there to fix a loosen screw on the luggage-mount rack of the roof for my QX60. I discovered the loosen screw after installing the rack myself. I brought my car out in 30 minutes. very effective! However, I forgot the service supervisor name because they completed too quickly!

The salesperson, Fernando, lied to me about the features of the vehicle I leased (Q50 Luxe) by stating they are exactly the same as the vehicle I was trading in )Q50S). They are not and could not be more different. I contacted him the next morning to tell him I wanted my old vehicle back, I got the run-around. I am still getting the run-around. The last conversation this past Saturday was the sales manager was going to call me on Monday, I am still waiting for this phone call. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went in here as an existing Infiniti customer for 10+ years and over 4 previous lease vehicles. I had known exactly what I wanted, colors/finish, price point, and had already done a test drive.Easy, right? My only request was for no games with the pricing.I was met with hidden fees, lies, last minute changes to paperwork to ADD cost literally as I was signing, and a hostile staff led by Ricardo Alonso.Ricardo is the manager of the dealership, and when I questioned a last minute 4-figure add on to my due at lease signing cost, he got in my face ready to fight.The way they treated my mother with lies and deception, she had to walk out of the dealership shaking in rage with how she was spoken to.Owner of the dealership never returned calls nor responded to multiple emails about the incident. They simply don’t care.Do not waste your time visiting this dealership - plenty of other places to buy cars. My boyfriend trusted this dealership hoping to seal the deal and walking away with a car, however he went in on 5/19/21 it was really late and the gentleman assisting him with this KIA told my boyfriend to come in the next day at 9 a.m. to talk /get feedback from the back and get his loan approved for the car. My boyfriend did as he requested and he arrived at 8 a.m. at Infinity and waited to buy this car. At 9 a.m. he is being helped by this guy again and he has the audacity to say that he did not tell him to come in at 9 a.m. in front of his the owner of this dealership or manager or such! Not only did my boyfriend waste his time but infinity lost a customer. They had established a time and date the day prior to concluding this purchase. He was very excited about this car! Heres a copy of what I responded to customer service after my visit with them: Unfortunately, Ive had a horrible experience with Infiniti Coconut Creek. I even referenced the $389/39 mo lease promo you mentioned here for zero down and sales manager, Ricardo Alonso refused to honor it. The car I was shown was even $100 less than the MSRP listed on the promo. I searched all the other Infinitis in the area and they ALL mention how much money down is required for the $379, $389 or $399 promotion. Ill attach the screenshots to this email for you. He made mention that the promo was just for loyalty customers but it doesnt say that, it says, All loyalty offers must qualify for this payment. Which means that despite having an Infiniti, their credit must still qualify for the promotion. Mr. Alonso tried to make me believe this was why I had to put $6,041 down. I also was told only people with trade ins can get that price yet that also isnt mentioned in the fine print.You can imagine how shocked I was to see that your own website has a pledge that you all are Easy, Honest, and Guarantee. This process has not been any of that. I drove down from Vero Beach to make this sale. The antics yesterday made me have to stay overnight.I do plan to post a negative review online because I dont want others to go through this headache. If a flyer at Publix says 1 bag of oranges for $5, youre expecting to get that when you show up. Only at Infiniti Coconut Creek does a $0 down offer turn into $6,041 down?!After this email they still refused to honor their promotion. I found an Infiniti dealership in GA with the car I wanted to admit that Coconut Creek were liars...despite their Pledge...proceed with caution!

I cant begin to describe how pleasant my experience has been. I would only say that Joey and his team (Nobert) they are awesome gentleman to deal with. My car has been repaired as good as anyone can think of.
