I almost never write bad reviews, why? because I believe some things can easily be fixed and shouldnt harm a business BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME at that place.....was totally UNACCEPTABLE.My husband and I went to Hyundai section thinking on purchasing or leasing an SUV. Santa Fe, Tucson anything available. When we got there, a sales consultant named MIKE TREMBLAY helped us out.My conversation with him went something like this:- Sales Rep: What are you looking for? we do not have cars available for you right now.- Me: Well, we do not have any specific model in mind as long as it is an suv.- Sale Rep: How much money do you have?- Me: We want to see all the options, saw some specials on TV and wanted to see what you have available.- Sales Rep: If you are here asking about specials you saw online or on TV, you probably cant afford an SUV and we just have premium SUVs right now.- Me: Can you at least show us the prices for those models?- Sales Rep: You are telling me you come here talking about specials you see on TV, dont want the small cars, which I am assuming those are the only ones you can afford and still want to see prices and options available for SUV? (as he was leaning back on his chair and checking his phone that was ringing the whole time)-- My husband tapped my leg signaling that we should leave. We absolutely hate drama, but I hate being treated that way I was treated that day even more. We stood up and before leaving I politely said. ----- ME: The way you are treating us is unacceptable, can you please tell me your name?Sales Rep: Yes, my name is Pedro.- Me: Thank you Pedro ( I knew his name was Mike and he was making up that name)I went back just to grabbed his business card to check his last name. I remember his name wasnt Pedro. It was Mike. Sure enough, Mike Tremblay, on his business card.It is a shame that some business will lose potential clients for incidents like that.Side Note: After leaving that place we went to Rick Case Fort Lauderdale and got a Santa Fe 2022 at a very good price. We were treated so nicely and with such respect.

Hyundai Coconut creek location is the worst. If you are buying a car their they can be attentive but if you need a payoff amount to sell your Hyundai they are the rudest, incompetent and unprofessional people you will ever encounter. Let’s not forget the Finance department if you are signing your live away they are all in. But don’t ask for dealer pay off amount. All of the sudden no one can help you or something that can take 30 mins to provide and fax has to take weeks for them to do it. Hyundai the corporation should really take the time to research the people they have representing the brand for them. They are not leading the way for Hyundai to retain or acquire new clients. And I would think as a business they would want to investigate that. After 8 years of my business with Hyundai consider it severed permanently thanks to your finance department and Coconut creek location.

We went to Hyundai at Coconut Creek to inquire about our current lease and what our options might be for the next one. From the very beginning, the salesman Eitan Abir was professional; never pressuring us and always listening to our needs. We ended up with a 2020 Elantra for an amazing price! It was a great experience and we will definitely return for our future car needs.

2/25/21 - Its been more than a month and still dont have permanent tags. Tax Collectors Office says no one started the paperwork. CCA is not returning phone calls...3/1/21 - still no update so will have to go to small claims to resolve...3/11/21 - after threat of lawsuit, received another temp tag more than a week after first one expired. Still no update from them on progress.

Large Dealership with positive acting sales staff and service.We arrived at this dealership after being turned down by Three other Dealerships on a Price I felt we could all live with.Wished not to go into a sales pitch, just go over the car for my wife and I and heres what we will pay.I had hoped this would make life easy for both of us and it went just as we wished for.Okay fantastic thats over with in a hurry SOLD!!!After we relaxed and waited for the Business Dept to complete purchased.My wife and I were able to watch other customers with buying ideas making their purchase also.Thank You TYRONE you got us in and out with smiles.The full tank of gas and a free service on our car was an additional pleasure.

I wouldnt buy here again. In every dealership you are just a number, we all know that. But no other dealership has made that so obvious than this one. Ive bought or helped others buy at least 20 new vehicles in my lifetime.Our experience here covered four years of interactions with this dealer for a lease and subsequent buyout. We were mislead on prices, they wanted us to sign blank documents agreeing to prices not specified, they attempted to take advantage of my wifes automotive and contract inexperience, they werent clear certain components of the deal were optional, and didnt prep our car (despite paying the dealer prep fee, at which point their response was a smirking, Thats just profit (which is half true).Also, they were completely uncoordinated and didnt know what needed to be done on the lease inspection. The facilities needed maintenance as the bathroom was disgusting (though, I was warned as much by the salesman).Simply put they wasted our time and didnt respect us. Theres plenty of other dealers out there. Dont go here. Though I will say, the financing staff was very professional and courteous.

-DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!-FIRST TIME BUYERS BE CAREFUL!I inquired about a 2014 Hyundai Elantra SE. The sales person that I was directed to by David Emmer was Laurie Zaparaniuk. We viewed 3 Hyundai Elantra’s that day. One came with a back up camera and a blind spot. I asked if they all fall under my same price (Budget) range and she said yes. The car I had selected had a scarp on the side of the bumper that needed to be fixed. She assured me that it would be taken care of if I purchased that car. We went in inside to proceed with making a deal. She made it seem that the taxes was included with price she gave. It took sometime for the insurance to send over the policy. I have a very busy schedule so I let her know that I would have to leave by 3:00pm and we could finish up the deal tomorrow. They insisted that o do that same day. Laurie made it feel that she cared about helping finding a vehicle in price range. So when it was time to sign the paperwork in finance. I did just so and left immediately. Fast forward to the next day. I reviewed that paperwork and realized she took advantage of me. She sold one of the higher price Elantra. I spoke to her about not being transparent about pricing with me. She did not care because she already made the deal. They also ran my credit several times without my permission and put 10 hard inquires onto my credit score and told me to “dispute them”. Laurie did not take accountability for anything and tried playing the blame game with the Finance guy. I spoke with one of sales managers by the name of Ajay he was very rude and started to raise his voice because he did not want to hear anything that I had so say because he came into the office ready to defended her. My issue wasn’t so much of the price although I wanted to stay on a budget. It was the lack of transparency, and the lack of communication that I received was very poor. I end up taking the car because I could not continue wasting more time at the dealership to start over the process of paperwork with a new car because they take an awfully long time. My heavy schedule would not allow it. She me mentions the scrap would be taking care of the follow Tuesday. She gave me her personal cellphone number. I got to no response. She moved to Lincoln and failed to mention that. I contacted the managers and finally gave me a call. She said the guy would not be in again on Tuesday. Try the following week. I called her at the ending of the week no response. As I am writing this review. I finally at get a response through text after calling multiple times that I would have to try again next week. This service, unfair business practices, the lack of communication and transparency makes me wish I could coconut creek auto mall a zero. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here. Again, please be careful. I don’t want what happened to me, happen to you. That’s why I am taking time out to write this!!!!PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Had an excellent experience in the purchase of my Subaru Forester Sport 2019. I had researched and spoken with several auto dealers in South Florida. My salesperson at Coconut Creek Subaru, Luke Perry, must be commended. He heard what I was saying, asked very clear questions, and continued to answer my questions over the next few days as I narrowed my search and selections. He never pushed me to make a quick decision.....a real plus considering how car sales persons and their managers want to push an immediate decision. Luke Perry was able to get me the price I felt was fair. He also did a great job of teaching me the bells and whistles on the new car. Ive already recommended him to others. The dealership also seemed quite professional and to the point.

Last time I was here it was 4 hours with no results I had to keep calling for 2 weeks to see if my part had arrived. Today my 2016 tuscan has BOTH back windows off the track. All 4 windows have had this problem. I am completely disgusted. I was thinking of trading in my car but I sure wont do it here.

Bait and Switch Financing. Salesman Vince (from Subaru side) was great. He was helpful and personable. Financing department is untrustworthy and pulled bait and switch. Promised a loan through Chase at one rate then texted me and said they couldnt do that rate. Requested I come in to sign EXACT same contract at the slightly higher rate but were going to do me a favor and adjust payment to make up difference. I signed and now I am getting payment notice from a completely different lender than Chase. A lender that is archaic and nearly impossible to set up online payments with. I have had loans with Ally and Capital One. Both are big, reputable and easy to deal with. I was approved by USAA and of course they wanted to use their own lender to make a buck. I was fine with it being Chase as I use Chase for my banking but now I have some Credit Union that has two physical locations and requires check payments. So for 72 months or until I can get it refinanced at an indefinitely higher rate and at a higher expense to me, I have to deal with this credit union. Will NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealer.

I went to coconut creek auto mall trying to find a car for my son. I really dont like shopping for cars because its such a hassle. My son wants a subaru, so thats what I was looking for. I go in, looking around and was approached by a salesman named Damian. Ive been to other dealerships were salesman are pushy and either impatient or just rude. Mr Damian was neither. He really made it easy, answered all my questions and knew a lot about the vehicles. He took his time and explained everything I had concerns about. I had to write this review because you dont run into sales people like this a lot. Im waiting for my son to come to Florida so we can make the transaction . If my son agrees and like the car I will definitely purchase from this dealership. Would like to say thanks again to Mr Damian for making my car buying experience easy and delightful.

To all of you who are thinking of buying a new or used car from this company, be careful, do your research first and please google: car dealer yo-yo scam.We bought a new Tucson 2018 and we were told we got approved and all set, signed some contracts, they gave us the keys and drove the car back home. We were happy to have a new car in such an easy way.Less than a week later they told us there was a problem with the paperwork and that, we had to go back to the dealer to solve the situation. They needed more documents and that in reality, we werent approved for the financing of the car...yet. Also, it is worth noting that the finance guy made racist jokes implying that I might be illegal. They just wanted us to signed other contract, under different terms, ones that were more convenient to them. We did not want to. So the problem escalated.We received a letter explaining that they had cancelled the contract and that we needed to return the car immediately, so we went in, return the car, and they took half of our down payment for something that was not our fault.Of course, these guys know exactly what they are doing, I dont know if Florida has any laws against this type of practices.Please read your contracts carefully, make copies of everything, take pictures, if you can dont make down payments, try to find a dealer that gives you 0% interest. Be sure that you are approved by the bank before taking the car from them, dont trust anybody, these guys are not your friends they only need your money and sell as many car as they can to get bonuses. Dont be naive like I was.

I do not recommend this Dealer for used car purchases, I bought a Chevrolet 1 month ago and when I went to them to solve some problems with the car they never answered me, call and leave messages and nobody answered, the same through the website and nothing . Through a counselor at the bank, I knew I had to go to another place to solve my problem, because they argued that they did not have staff for that car. I think they should better prepare the used cars to sell them.

Every time I call I get spoken to like Im stupid when Im asking about mistakes that the Hyundai dealership itself made. Even the manager was rude. If I called to ask about replacing the paint that was put on my car that doesnt match that you didnt tell me about and I just now noticed you shouldnt get an attitude with me. Im giving them three stars because I really dont like what happened when I brought my car in for servicing since its still under warranty its the service department that I dont trust and did not like they told me I needed for new tires which was a lie I needed one tire but they try to sell me four tires when I questioned it she went back and spoke to the mechanic and said oh no you only need two tires. I purchased my car at this dealership and the woman that I dealt with was absolutely amazing I love her shes doesnt push you like a hard sale car person shes extremely laid-back and extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Had to have my husbands Veloster fixed. We needed it hooked up to the diagnostic machine along with a few replaced pices, all which they had in stock. We drove it in on Saturday, Jan 26, 19 around 8 or 9 am and had the car back by 4pm, completely done. Worked with Gabriel in service who was very informed, understood vehicles and kept us up to date while we ran errands. The ladies at the cashiers desk were a hoot to chat with as we checked out.

STAY AWAY!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The service department blew up the engine as a result of a poorly carried out oil change where they left an extra gasket on the Filter on my brand new leased Elantra. They have now had my car for over two months while they wait on the part to repair the engine. They have me in a loaner car that does not have the same features available from my other car and I am essentially paying to rent features that I do not have access to. The Service Manager Mike C. does not return voicemails and I can only get a status update after repeatedly calling them and requesting they psychically put me on the phone with a human being rather than transferring me to voicemail. I tried calling 8 times in a row today and was hung up on and sent to voicemail boxes that never get returned. When I did get a hold of a resource they offered to leave Mike a note which I requested they do so because he doesnt return voicemails. The employee laughed and said yeah, youre right. I cannot believe the low level of professionalism that is occurring here and I am now looking into a means of reaching out to corporate. Customer service is dead as is evident by this organization and it is truly sad. I wouldnt recommend these people to my worst enemies.

Garfield was very unprofessional and wasted my time. The day that I wanted to purchase the car, he told me it maybe sold and hed check and call me back. This happened Thursday and I have yet to hear from him. Im happy I didnt buy a car because if he cant be courteous to call me back to confirm the vehicle is sold, I doubt he would have given me a good deal on the car anyway.

If youre looking to buy a car here you will have a problem getting a sales person to approach you on their own. I have bought six new cars at this dealership. The service used to be fantastic but that was just because of one employee who always went above and beyond. Unfortunately he left and now the people that are there are mostly unfriendly, slow and unknowledgeable.

Overall, my impression of this establishment is negative. This dealership employs typical hard sell tactics which sets an uncofortable tone atmospheric. This was all established before a perfunctory test drive. I certainly wasnt interested in participating in the negotiation process. I am not sure if this is indicative of the dealership as a whole.

Our main language is spanish so we had issues to explain ourselves to these three persons. One of them knew a bit of spanish so he helped us to find the service area. In there was this man called Gabriel García who told us in spanish (with a very bad attitude) right now I dont have time to handle with you because Im with a client on the phone so please come back later he almost yelled to us. Bought a car trying to figure out the insurance side of things and they never answer there phones. Had an issues less than 7bdays after buying. The battery went dead. They should have replaced the battery before selling the car they obviously didnt. Called roadside assistance they only jumped the car had to go to the dealership to get a new battery which took almost 2 hours. There was a recall on a part in the car the drivers pedal rather than replacing it before selling me the car they waited till I took it in for the battery and I had to tell them there was a recall. The seller was really nice but negotiated to 8,850 and when all said and done I ended up paying more than 15,000 based on taxes and intrest . Wouldnt use this place to buy a car they are not the headache you want to be dealing with when buying a new car.

I had to wait a few days to get over my experience with this dealership, I have been in the market to purchase a vehicle for the past four (4) Months and been getting the round around; since I had credit challenge. I gave up until my wife Mentioned that someone recommended her to that place and we should try it. We arrived at the dealership not expecting to drive off in a brand new car that day, the process was easy and normally the signing and paper work takes a while, not with Coconut creek auto mall. Armando the salesman and Sean in finance was very Professional,and honest. they went above and beyond to get us the best deal. Drove off with a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. LOVE IT!!!!!!!Thanks guys for all you help. I will recommend this dealership to friends Family and co-workers.

We bought a car cash outright. At time of signing with with finance rep found out car only came with one key and no longer came with the certified pre-owned benefits detailed on the cars window because we had negotiated a lower price. The sales representative Ed Oliveria took over a month to try and resolve the key situation, and in the end I had to call a senior staff member above him for a resolution. In one of the conversations with Ed, he referred to me as a girl. Very poor customer service at this place. The staff clearly needs a lot of training and better supervision. First and last purchase here. Buyers look elsewhere.I did have a GREAT experience at Deel Volkswagen.

Salesman swore he could get me financed for the small amount of money I had. Told me I was approved, then texted me right before I was going and said I needed doubled the money. I told him I didnt have it and he told me to make it happen. I asked him 4 times to stop messaging me. He wouldnt stop. I had to call a manager to get him to stop. Never deal with these people.

Started off okay until we met their manager Big George who displayed horrible attitude and character. The salesman was okay but a little too pushy. The financial director Kyle displayed the worst attitude and customer service. Couldnt even answer a simple question pertaining to the documentation HE PROVIDED US. Our experience with them was very poor and he (Kyle) was a big part of that. He claimed he didnt have all day to get this done. And this was in the final stages of purchasing the vehicle and before we decided his attitude was not worth the trouble and patience we would need to deal with him for the remainder of the process. If you do end up visiting this dealer be sure you do not deal with Kyle even if he does seem decent at first.

I am a long-standing Hyundai customer. My Leases have included 1 G90, 2 Equis, 4 Sonatas, and 1 Genesis. Previously I was doing business with another dealership. My Familys most recent Lease was for a new Sonata for my Son. He is 22 years old and he wanted to put the car solely in his name. Mr. Mazen Asaad secured the financing at a very reasonable price ( My old Dealership dropped the ball on this). Mazens service was efficient, professional, courteous, and respectful. In the future, I will be using Mr Assad for all of our future Hyundai Leases. Thank you Mazen for a very pleasurable experience.
